2.35pm: Gerard Baden-Clay's defence barrister PeterDavis tendered a long list of affidavits that dealt with the question of surety if bail was granted, as well as two statements from police officers.

He sought to prove there had been a change of circumstances.

I thought they said when she was found it was obvious what happened to her. Wish they would decide once and for all
