Actually she has been proven to be a murderer-twice. And the Kerchers even said in my quote above that they believe more than one person was in the room when Meredith was killed. Do you think Rafe went there without Amanda??? Not likely- that leaves Rudy, Rafe, and Amanda all involved, and all were convicted in Meredith's death.
I understand. And I contend that the convictions are not indicative of proof of guilt. The investigation, prosecution and trials were plagued with ineptitude from the get go. I hear what the Kerchers "believe". That doesn't make it true, or rational, and has not been definitively proven. This trial had more to do with politics than justice. The Kerchers seem to be intelligent people. I think in the dark of night, away from all of the chaos and outside influence, they know deep down that the trial verdict is specious.
