Websleuthsrs gave the name Cotten. There is zero basis in fact that sketchy man #2, which the FBI never even mentions any more, is named Cotten. He was only unknown male #2 before the FBI took that page down.

Here you go.....

Page down on link to photo of Amy and Suspect 1 and 2 from San Francisco sighting. Click on photos for story. This confirms the two male sketches were from the San Francisco sighting. America’s Most Wanted is a verifiable source. Looks like the VI was telling the truth.

Suspect #1

Additional Quirks:

1. Large man appeared to be in-charge
2. Possibly controlling
3. Has a beer belly

Story:

The following is information from a witness who wants to remain anonymous. She and her husband saw something unusual and reported it to the FBI and Amy Bradley's family.

On April 18, 2003, the witness was in San Francisco with her husband near Pier 39, not far from the Alcatraz tours. The couple stopped to listen to a street band, joining about 20 other people who were gathered around the musicians. The witness noticed a woman, who looked somewhat familiar, surrounded by two men. The witness concentrated on the woman's face and realized the woman looked like Amy Bradley, who was profiled on America's Most Wanted. According to the witness, the two men talked and looked at the witness. Then, the balding red-haired man gave the woman some change to tip the band. The men forced the woman away from the crowd. As they were walking away, the witness said the woman looked back and gave a pleading look. The trio disappeared quickly from the crowd. In June 2003, the witness met with the FBI and a sketch artist, and together they made composite sketches of the two men.

The FBI says the two men are wanted for questioning and have not been charged with any crime. The woman seen by the witness may or may not have been Amy Bradley.

Suspect #2

Additional Quirks:

1. Wavy shoulder length hair
2. Possibly foreign with a dark complexion
3. May be from South America or the Caribbean

From the archived America's Most Wanted Page...

Thank you. I do not believe amy was sighted in San Francisco. If there was a sighting, I believe it was mistaken identity. It literally makes no sense.

Does anyone have any ideas of what lucrative trade a white American woman would be used for that isn’t sex or drug trafficking?

Alfred Cotten ran a sex tourism website. Yet the VI was adamant that Amy was not being used for sex trafficking. Doesn’t make sense to me. Which is it?

Why does it have to be something besides sex or drug trafficking?

Bc the VI was adamant that it was not either of those, but that she was being used for a very lucrative reason. I cannot think of what could be so lucrative. It also just seems to contradict the supposed pictures of Amy on adult websites, as well as Alfred Cotten being involved.

From what I remember reading the VI said it was their personal belief that it wasn’t sex trafficking. I would say it is still a distinct possibility. 2 of the sightings(if we include the S.F sighting/Cotten) and the set of pictures all had an element of sex trafficking.

I recall the VI stating repeatedly that it was not sex trafficking but something else. There are several possibilities. Was she possibly being used to carry jewels? Money? Guns? It doesn't make sense that she would still be used for sex trafficking once she was out of her mid-late 20s. Maybe she was used to help dupe younger women into becoming victims....?

My theory on this case was that someone selected Amy after seeing her or seeing photos of her on the cruise, and that they arranged her abduction. Not to use her for sex trafficking but because they wanted her for themselves. To me this explains why she was seen on a few occasions with several minders. It might also account for why all the photos of her mysteriously vanished the night before she disappeared.

Exactly. And the first guy, the red headed guy, is the one I posted the info. earlier on. AKA, Alfred Cotten, years older now obviously. Arrested. So assuming he was just a flunky way back then, still he had to have had some information. Good reason for only getting probation for his crimes, though huh ? Just a thought.

Something tells me the FBI is onto something. Finally. Very hopefully that it's not too late.

I’m thinking along these lines, too. There was a renewed interest in Amy’s cold case by the FBI within 9 months after Cotten’s sentencing. They went public with new age progression photos of Amy and created a video and audio. They added Amy’s case back onto their missing person’s page.

Cotten looks very much like the FBI sketch from the San Francisco sighting. Maybe it’s just a coincidence Homeland Security and ICE decided to run a sting on a man who owns an adult sex vacation property in the DR who looks exactly like the man in the SF sketch. Not a coincidence, IMO. If Cotten is somehow involved or has information about Amy’s disappearance, he could have traded info for a lighter sentence. All JMO.

Nobody knows what happened to Amy. Some thoughts about what Amy’s mother “felt” might have happened.

"For people that don't have any idea what it's like to be in a Third World country, and under (someone else's) control due to fear, it's not so easy just to go to a phone," Iva Bradley said. "We feel like she's either in human trafficking, or some type of gun trafficking, or the two involved."

Why would they need to kidnap an American for sex or gun trafficking? It would be far easier to either kidnap or coax a female from their own countries for these purposes.

Who knows. Amy’s desperate mother was just sharing what she “felt.”

Sadly, I believe Amy went overboard. I just don't see the proof that anyone has actually verified that she was kidnapped for the purpose of human trafficking and taken off the ship. I have been on many cruises including on RC and I just find it improbable that anyone could have snuck her off. I know for fact that crew member's passports are held by the ship and only officers can get off at any port. Non officers are only allowed to disembark at certain ports for the purpose of buying toiletries and other items that they may want from stores/warehouses that cater to cruise employees.

I agree. The San Francisco “-sighting” is laughable moo—So implausible and frankly, ridiculous in its buffoonery. MOO

My top 3 theories are nearly interchangeable for position:

1) fell overboard while throwing up

2) suicide (this really can’t be discounted, especially if know someone lost to suicide. It’s always “seemed so happy, in a good place, wish she had reached out for help, had no idea it was that bad”, etc

3) murdered and body thrown overboard.

Moo these are the only things that make sense MOO

They wouldn’t need to kidnap an American for this.

Oh you bring up such a good point— crew passports are held!

Also, since I always have a balcony, on port days I watch everyone coming and going. They don’t take anything off the ship that is like a large container. All laundry is done on the ship. All trash food is ground up and discharged into the water, etc.

Excellent point!

Also, not to mention there has literally been no person known to have been kidnapped off a cruise ship.

Well apparently the staff is allowed off in Aruba to go to nightclubs....

Also, the business plan between what this guy was doing and the “adult vacation resort” where the pictures of Jas were posted are astonishingly similar. I believe the names of the businesses were quite similar as well.

It would be a major disservice to overlook this theory.

Also, unknown male was mid to late 40s in 1992 but AC Is 52 in 2018.

That doesn’t compute either.
