I'm also increasingly confused about all these properties. Does BM own ANY of them? I read that he declared bankruptcy. My parents declared bankruptcy twice (unfortunately) and you cannot really purchase property soon after that happens (the last time my parents declared was 2011, we still do not own a home). It seems that there was not a long period of time since his declaration and this acquisition of new properties. And many are linked to RH. It's dodgy to say the least.

From my understanding, BM did not own any of these properties. He was associated with them.

I have an extended family member who was close friends with him. It is my understanding that this friend said, “he had very little”.

I don’t know if this helps to clear this up:

- Madoc and Scarborough properties, according to MSM, are owned by the same person : BH, who allegedly resides overseas.

- BH has a brother RH who resides at the Scarborough property.

- RH is allegedly a long-time friend of Bruce McArthur. RH is also active/involved in/working in the same type of work as Bruce McArthur.

- As far as we know so far, NONE of the properties referenced in the media are owned by Bruce McArthur.

- Thorncliffe is where he officially resides.

- Bruce McArthur keeps belongings/work tools/equipment OR has links (which the police have not yet clarified) at some or all of the properties so far referenced.

Finally, the bankruptcy declaration is NOT recent, unless there’s a second one I’ve missed? The bankruptcy dates back to the early 2000s, and *possibly* is related to - or followed - divorce proceedings, JMO/IMO.

I think the Scarborough property was sold in December. Not sure if RH was still living there or not. I think there were renos happening IIRC.

Neighbours said they saw Mr. McArthur visit the home, which was recently renovated, including extensive landscaping in the backyard, before being put up for sale.

The property at 227 Conlins Rd. sold for just over $1-million on Dec. 12, but the sale does not close until late February. The selling price was more than $100,000 below the asking price of $1.15-million.

So gruesome.

Given that they were removing a potted plant from the Leaside home yesterday I would not be surprised if they start digging up all the yards on these properties.

They have machines to detect bodies underground. They are radar machines and much quicker than digging up yards. They have limitations though. There is some newer technology that allows a hole to be drilled into, say concrete and it picks up chemicals from the corpse beneath.

I see the cadaver dogs are checking out the yards and woods behind the Mallory Cresc. property.

If TPS doesn't have the machines, hopefully they can borrow them from another police force.

On CP 24 they were talking about MO but this guy was married ten years back, had a couple of kids, typical suburbanite.

Trying to put this delicately, wondering where BM purchased supplies, imagining that all those gardens would need lots of fertilizer.
Many would not like to be stuck in traffic on a hot day beside a landscaping truck because of the odour of powerful fertilizer...

If its a big landscaping job, many supplies can be delivered to the property. Had a few neighbours re-sod lawns and the dirt/fertilizer came in large bags with handles, that are dropped in the driveway. Same with stone, concrete mixes etc.

On a hot day, one keeps the windows up and the A/C roaring, doesn't one? lol

Any word as to whether or not the suspect is offering information as to where his alleged victims can be found?
Thinking of the former Col. Russell Williams in the interrogation room seemingly cracking at the thought of his wife's beloved newly renovated home getting destroyed by LE looking for evidence.

Guessing that BM may feel that way about his beautiful gardens, maybe he would be forthcoming with information if he thought what he laboured for would be destroyed?
Unless of course the gardening was used as a method for his madness?

A truck was towed from the Scarborough address 227 Conlins Road. Not sure if it's BM or RH's. I posted a link with image on here of the truck. I will look for the image. The truck is the same one showing up in google street view images of this home for a few years back.

We likely won't be privy to that information, until of course it's leaked or comes out at trial.

I think if at this time BM was giving up information as to where the victims are, we would be able to tell by how investigators are conducting their search of the properties. So far it really just seems as though they are carefully combing through each property, with no actual tip or focus. I hope that changes and they hit a break soon that can point them to a more specific direction.

True ( and the music loud)!
Guess what i am trying to say is that nobody would be suspicious of landscape truck that smelled bad because it would be assumed that it carried items like blood meal / manure for gardens.
imo, speculation.

The Don Mills highrise condo where we’ve also learned #exclusively that police are searching the apartment of Bruce McArthur’s on-and-off again boyfriend. McArthur spent quite a bit of time her over the past few years. The boyfriend I’m told is cooperating with @TPSHomicide

I have emailed you.

My recently deleted post simply referenced and linked an MSM article and news report concerning the Suspect in this case.

NOWHERE did I mention anyone’s name, address etc, and I was actually extremely careful to avoid posting the actual address/pictures/etc mentioned & shown in THE MSM REPORT.

I’m indeed trying to be very sensitive to what I post on this case, even if it’s something that’s already been published in MSM.
