What are the chances he will get his story straight before then?

Thank goodness, and Judge Strickland has been clear on privalege here....Now, we'll have to see if anything DC has to say brings forth a motion to seal the deposition due to its inflammatory nature. At the very least, defense may want the judge to view in camera before we can see.

A blogger known to us all pointed out that the Contract between DC and JB started the day the first trust account at Sun Trust Bank was opened and ended the day the account was closed.

I don't know if those dates are factual, etc. I had forgot all about that account.

They are going to mop the floor with him. Even if he wants to teeter back to the lie that he was then working for the defense, that is actually a horrible fact that would hurt Casey's case, someone working for her was sent to the precise sight the body was at........... case over.

If I remember correctly, she eventually found out that the SunTrust account had to do with the Caylee Foundation and was closed as soon as that whole mess got started. Was actually only open for a couple of weeks. Sorry, can't link....link not allowed.

He probably will get away with the lies. Everyone else has been. We will not hear any truth from the A's. The thought of them standing up for truth and justice for an innocent murdered child is out of the question. They are so morally corrupt they are incapable of telling the truth.

Why are all these characters allowed to blatantly lie under oath, impede investigations, and tamper with evidence without repercussion in the state of Flordia.

Any one of us would have our butts handed to us if we did any of the above.

If I ever felt the need to commit a crime (which I wouldn't) I'd go to the state of FL to do it. I'm sorry but I find all of this outrageous.

I have lost any shred of hope I had in the justice system. The fact that these folks can do what they please without consequence is offensive and unjust.

I doubt it. The last time I looked she was one of the board members for the foundation (I saw it somewhere else mentioned as the fraudation.....got to love it.)

Plus she was at the house the day they showed up with the search warrant right after finding Caylee's body. Maybe she just happened to be there feeding the dog but it did look sucpicious. The timing of her showing up at the house was strange, I think the A's had already been notified of the body found and were on their way home at that time and then Mallory shows up at the house before the search warrant team.

Wonder if they searched her before they let her leave.

I've wondered as well, but I can't imagine them not interviewing her and taking advantage of any information she holds. I mean she was with lee during the whole July 3rd Dragon Room fiasco. She was texting casey that night, which LE probably has.) She also has inside knowledge of the family dynamics, which the FBI was very interested about as well.

Heck, I've read many interviews of people that are hardly relevant. So there's just no way they didn't interview her. Why we haven't seen it yet is beyond me. (And same with the never before seen FBI interview with lee, which you all know is driving me up the wall!@!#!)

The OCSO and FBI did a considerable amount of interviews, and I have confidence that they've made contact with every single person involved.

I'd like to know if Mallory is still seeing Lee and if she is, what her parents think about it. If they broke up, maybe there's a chance Mallory will tell the truth?

If she's still involved with Lee, she probably won't show. These people aren't afraid of contempt charges either. If she does plan to make an appearance, she's being coached right now. Cindy probably has her chained up somewhere in the house, feeding her crumbs of bread (no water) until she gets the script thoroughly memorized.

I hope Mallory was smart and got the heck out of there! But, then again, her name is still on the foundation, isn't it?
