If I remember right, so I could be wrong, Mallory and I think her mother are listed on the A's foundation as board members. This is only what I recall anyways

He probably will get away with the lies. Everyone else has been. We will not hear any truth from the A's. The thought of them standing up for truth and justice for an innocent murdered child is out of the question. They are so morally corrupt they are incapable of telling the truth.

Why are all these characters allowed to blatantly lie under oath, impede investigations, and tamper with evidence without repercussion in the state of Flordia.

Any one of us would have our butts handed to us if we did any of the above.

If I ever felt the need to commit a crime (which I wouldn't) I'd go to the state of FL to do it. I'm sorry but I find all of this outrageous.

I have lost any shred of hope I had in the justice system. The fact that these folks can do what they please without consequence is offensive and unjust.

You are so right Reagan. could someone explain to me why all of these characters have not been called out on thier lies and perjuries? How does protecting and avoiding prosecution for them help Casey?? There is so much evidence against her, not a one of them needs to get on the stand. ( and why would they tell the truth then?) What are the legal issues here I am missing?

Not bragging or anything, but while the hearing was going on most here realized the discrepencies. It's a shame that Mitnick couldn't hear us yelling through our computer monitors!!

Sorry for more OT but lee said during his morgan depo that they were still in fact together. And like the other poster said, they were still together when the "memorial, if you want to call it that, was going on. And yes, mallory and her mom are board members of the CMA foundation.

Also, not too long ago her myspace still had a reference to lee and how she loves him more every day. uke:

You've gotta wonder what kinda girl she is to be dating a person like lee. He's very stunted emotionally... and has some sort of mental issue, though I can't pinpoint it. No sane person could possibly believe the drivel that comes from the A's...... unless she too was convinced by cindy and lee that Caylees death was an accident.

I think Mallory has given LE important info regarding the time when Case was missing. THAT or she lawyered up like Annie did and refused to go in until she was forced in by supoena? Her phone records/texts with Casey should be very telling as well-IF they were able to obtain them before they were deleted. Recall the only reason we have ALL those texts between Amy and Casey is because Amy had a bottomless mailbox for some reason and most everyone else did not...Still, Mallory was right in the thick of this whole thing and she should have some revealing information.

Since this is the prosecution deposing her though, it is unlikely we will see the depo...haven't seen any of the others they have done...
