Anthonys' P.I. Accused Of Lying On Stand

Funny you should say that OneLostGirl. I was just thinking about her this morning. Do you think she will come back??

Ya know what? None of these people seem to be afraid of a perjury
charge coming down. George sat and lied his a$$ off about the Padillas being hired as his security team, and now DC figures he will get away with the lies too.
I'm wondering how much 'truth' we are going to hear at trial from the Anthony & Co. camp.

It points to consciousness of guilt IMO. If the A's truly believed KC was innocent they'd be wracking their brains for the truth rather than stumbling over their lies. I think they know KC has committed a crime that would make her eligible for the DP, so a perjury charge in comparison is minimal. Plus they're delusional enough to actually believe their own lies and think a jury will too.

If the Anthonys believed Casey was innocent they would have been out there searching for the real killer the moment Caylee's body was found. They both know Casey murdered Caylee. They have to unless they are just plain brainless. There is way to much evidence pointing to her. Even when you just look at the 31 days and the smell in the car which they know was from a dead body. Their changing the smell to old pizza is just so ignorant. Pizza dries up it doesn't smell like a dead body.

If George and Cindy are smart they won't get on that stand and lie. If they do the Pros is going to nail them but good. I bet they will lie anyway. The Pros will haul out all kinds of paperwork and what they said on it. The 911 call from Cindy and what George said about the smell in the car. If they lie I hope the judge nails them right in front of everyone. How I would love to go to that trial.

In this recent document dump-March 2010, I found some emails between the detectives and Mr. Casey and Cindy Anthony where it was suggested that LE was keeping them from getting the relevant video footage from the mall sighting. LE of course was doing no such thing and went above and beyond and let the mall personell know they, LE had NO problem with them providing this video. BUT what was intersting in these emails is D Casey's ADAMENT denial that he was a part of the defense team and his repeated statements that he was solely employed by George and Cindy to find out what happened to Caylee. Then on the stand he tried to act like he WAS an agent of the defense. Well which is it Mr. Casey? We have it in writing, from you to LE that you are NOT and then under oath you are? Hinky.

I really hope DC has finally told the truth. You can't be a real PI by going through the Hollywood School of Private Investigating. Just because you get a neat decoder ring for graduation doesn't make you a PI. And your lying skills SUCK. I could tell better lies than you! I just want to know how you thought you'd be okay telling bad lies and stumbling around like a cartoon character? Did the money make you think that? Oh wait...you were never paid.

This guy's a PI? Seriously? Where can I sign up? Cause he has to the worst PI I've ever heard of...and suddenly my brain channels Jack Sparrow and goes "Ah, but you've heard of him!" I think I just insulted Jack Sparrow. Bad me.

I just don't get how any of these characters, DC included, thought they could do what they did and things would just be hunky dory, no trouble ever coming their way. Either the A's are charming enough to draw not so smart people into their delusions, or things really really REALLY did not go as planned at all.

Now they're scurrying like rats, running for cover as the light of reality hits them. Most won't admit to it, but you can tell by their body language they know the jig is up. And best of all, Casey gets to laugh her butt off from her jail cell at bringing so many people down with her.

DC, please for the love of all that is holy, tell the truth and get away from that sinking ship of fools, man!

I believe the State has the goods on him-I honestly do. If he EVER talked to Cindy or George or Lee on any of the phones that LE has managed to confiscate, then they could have backtracked that way and gotten his records and from there blown his story out of the water. They have his testimony while under oath in the civil case, his interview with them, and his emails, etc to piece things together enough to have gotten him to talk. He admitted NO contract with the defense in an email directly to I believe it was John Allen, so he cannot hide under THAT cover with the police. I DO think he has talked but I don't think he has severed relationships with the Anthonys because frankly, I think he is still involved with at least one of them, on an emotional level if nothing else. His day in the light will come as surely as it comes to us all.

Interesting indeed - his latest article on date March 16, 2010 is entitled "Youth Without a Future" and talks about the juvenile justice system and how it should work according to a model called BARJ. Is it me, or this an indirect hint to the A's that Casey can and should be saved? Or maybe a hint at what they should have done with her as a teenager, let the juvenile justice system "restore" her? And that title so refers to Caylee and Casey. Are you finally feeling some guilt DC?

Also interesting is the four part series on human trafficking. Inspired by one of your fantasy stories, I mean lies, about what didn't happen to Caylee? You may think you're being subtle, DC, but you could not be more blunt!

Next up, I'm sure is an article on the manipulation between inmates and guards that takes place in prisons - indirectly (not) referring to Casey's letter writing spree...
