Boy is he in for a rude awaking. It is my understanding that furniture, appliances, electronics and household items are gone. Her vehicle gone and his wrecked. Dogs gone to pound and adopted out. Any debt will be gone because nobody has a job to pay it and both are in jail.

Plaintiff is preg. I'm laughing on that one. She is not preg. He is trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the court. What does moot circumstances mean?

The rest I'm not sure about. Interesting that he disputes separation date. He was still in house but she told me he wouldn't leave was only reason.

I have come to believe CL knew about his criminal history and lied to friends to save face.

Wonder if he still wishes to write to her in jail?

Right, he would be charged, but doesn't mean he is the owner. I wonder how these guns came into the house. How could he have purchased them? Had to be her? Right?

He could have got them on the street. I was told by CL that one of them was a muzzleloader hunting gun. Wonder if that is reason it's not a felony charge?

AL bragged to strangers about his criminal history even how he did them-

of course he would share that info and much more with a wife ....

We know he bragged on FB and big time on YouTube. CL had it out with that one woman about him so you know she was reading everything she could of his online. We know she was still a Facebooker (seems many are leaving Facebook for Instagram, etc.) because she posted her Halloween party pics with the knife. There's just no way she didn't know about his 7 felonies. Besides it probably was brought up in their first meet up on the Internet on Craigslist or Plenty of Fish or whatever forum they used to meet others to "date."

Ya'll, I'm just still blown away by these letters AL has written! I also expect more to surface soon. I wonder if he is allowed access to the law library since he's in maximum security? Could he be that good of a conman to bs his way through writing these legal docs/letters? I mean, gah..I have worked quite a few various professional jobs, even as a secretary for an attorney, and I'm not sure I could draft a legal letter on a computer, let alone hand written, as well as he did. Maybe he has other legal docs he's copying from?
I personally think he is a ticking time bomb. He's gonna blow if things don't go his way. *tick tick tick*

Ohhhh...those that stir the ****pot should have to lick the spoon!

the neighbors where he lived with CL knew of his history, so did the neighbor at the mobile home he paid $17,000 cash for..
Yup he told anyone and everyone

I would guess that he has a law book in his cell. I don't think he would be allowed in the law library this soon after being put in a maximum security prison. And inside that prison there is a section that is maximum security for that prison. In that section they are in cells 23 hours a day. It seems like that is where he is if I remember correctly from when he did his interview from Tucker Maximum Security which got the public information director or whatever her title was to "resign." They said at that time that he was a certain type of inmate and didn't have access to certain things. But time has passed. I'd go more with he has a book in his cell or he has his own copies of his cases and has been through enough of them to try to write the brief.

I think moot means questionable or unexpected but haven't looked it up. I could be wrong.

LOL are you in Arkansas? Its easy to buy guns. Trade whatever. Hunting state and big Gun Rights. And besides dontcha know, criminals don't follow laws on purchases anyway.

I would dare to say that if they had sex anytime in the last few months he could claim that she "might be pregnant" I wouldn't read to much into that. .. And I guess he's going to be pissed when he finds out about the dogs and all the stuff in the house. What a freak!!

My heart dropped when I read that. This gives us a really good look into his head.
I have a friend in a narcissistic marriage nightmare and it's in the end stage. He keeps cheating on her and then talks about having a baby with her and wanting to see her pregnant. He's so abusive and my girlfriend is finally getting strong with him and moving away. This is his way of trying to keep control. It's just disgusting!!
So when I read this, I see CL as his victim too. Wow.
He has no empathy. No remorse. None. He is a danger to society.

I do believe the divorce can not continue to move forward until custody issue is resolved over the dogs.

Actually, I thought he wrote the damn thing pretty well. I laughed tongue in cheek. He made some valid points, on his claims. NOT that he gonna be out in the world enjoying them. But hey that stuff he stole and she sold.. candy bar $$ ... I almost peed my pants on the date of separation haha. LMBO I got the feeling ole CL may be shaking in her socks. And the part.. where she is charged with the same Crime. That was epic! Sucker is crazy like a fox. Whatcha wanna bet CL will be begging to roll on him...

He might be suing her next if she emptied out a joint account. I don't know AR laws, but in OK it's first come first served on joint bank accounts.

That was funny too. Not making fun of them for not having money (I dont always have much either) but him because but what did they have? Remember CL was getting help to pay the rent. So I wouldn't expect much to be there. Candy bar money? It shows his desperation . Once it sinks in game over he will resort to anger. This I would say is a ticking time bomb before things turn ugly.jmo

LOL, get out of here! AL and a muzzleloader? Was he imagining himself on horseback fox-hunting among the landed gentry? LOL, sorry. Why on earth would he want that? Did he grow up hunting around there? Or has he been reading some sovereign citizen ramblings?

Not sure if this is still the case, but in 2005 the Arkansas Attorney General issued this opinion regarding possession of "antique firearms" by convicted felons:

I wonder who he thought was taking care of the dogs, all this time. What a nut.

NJ do you know what happened to his clothes? I hope they got pitched and not stored somewhere.

I had to laugh at that part. Seriously, are they going to have doggie custody court? I know. He should contact Judge Judy.
