All I know to do right now is rehash the old until we get something new or someone to answer all of our outstanding questions, being so far away my options are limited right how.

It's also odd to me, someone had pointed out wayyyy back up thread how at the 330ish mark sexual abuse in the home is brought up & JC starts talking about Cassie & her actions. But what stood out to me is that she didn't deny the sexual abuse. She said that Cassie "was wanting to be grown before her time" that she wanted to party & start her life before she was ready. This isn't even related to sexual abuse, sex & being too young maybe, but not sexual abuse. How does everyone else interpret that? I wondered if something wasn't going on in the home w JC & BR & Cassie-wanted to be involved, whether it was drinking, an older guy relationship, etc. I don't really want to go here but I'm sorry she liked older boys, smoked at 15, had next to no rules, etc I don't think it's a far stretch that if Mom & FB were into other things with the "friend" relationship not parent relationship that Cassie may have expressed an interest openly. Many teens are curious at that age. This just really makes me wonder what the story is behind those comments.

As a RSO who allowed her other daughter to be sexually abused, how did she not do everything possible to make sure that Cassie was never abused? How could she not say "absolutely not, she has never been left alone with any male"???? How??? How as a parent especially after having one child abused do you not make sure it never happens again?

With the rumors that BR was Cassie's boyfriend first (puke) I seriously wonder if that is to whom she was engaged.

The engagement was to another boy who is closer to her age & it's noted on Cassie's FB if you scroll back. I believe it's at round 5/2013 IIRC?

No there is a guy on her fb page she said she was engaged to.

Now we've got a critically important week coming up. WoTP, Thanksgiving, Black Friday...and then Cassie's 16th birthday. So many people out and about, traveling, and shopping and visiting family and friends. Let's make sure Cassie's face and posters are everywhere they need to be, and that folks know what to be looking out for.

We have a fantastic grassroots project going on with the fullsize posters and flyers. Maybe we should take a quick inventory and see where we might need to fill in some gaps?

"THV11 spoke with Stuttgart police on Friday, Nov. 21 and officials said they have no leads." (per article posted)

I really hope that this is not the case. I know that our local LE are not well-equipped for situations like this. I don't know if we have ever had anything like this really happen, where foul play was a possibility and there was not concrete evidence. We have had several people who drowned in local waters and were later found but that's about it. I was really hoping with the assistance from ASP, FBI, and KK that the investigation would be further along than this.

Without going too into detail here. The affect in this video is off for me. I will watch a few more times and try to nail down how best to express what troubles me while remaining respectful towards Cassie's mom.

The statement by JC : " gave him [lieutenant] all the information that he needed..."

Gives me the impression that she answered his questions as short and sweet as possible... Not divulging anything more that could possibly lead to Cassie's location.....

Yes, family and friends of JC do have access to her FB. I'm not sure how many people have the password or log-on. Her brother had the password figured out 3 days after her disappearance.

I am also concerned about the lack of clear answers from those who should be able to answer them quickly and easily. In addition to those you mention, there are the items Got4 and neighbors found. They have asked JC if the belonged to Cassie, and I guess have not gotten any answers. Those items should be very easily ruled into or out of importance.

Other questions I have that I haven't seen answers to:
1. So did JC even see Cassie at all that night (I'm guessing not). Maybe this isn't even important, but it seems odd to me if JC never even laid eyes on CC that night or heard her speak, making the last time she saw or spoke to her child (in person) was before she went to the derby. Did Cassie even enter the house? (Maybe HS saw her enter, I'm not sure.)

2. When did BR move out? Was he removed by police, or did JC kick him out before he was arrested. I think it has been alluded to that BR lived somewhere else before his arrest, but haven't seen it specifically stated.

3. When & where was the fire in JC's home? Inside? Back yard? Was BR still living in the home when this happened?

4. Was BR part of the Watchers group?

5. When was it that BR was asking someone about the amount of traffic through a certain area? Was that before or after Cassie's disappearance? A year ago or a day before?

6. How often had Cassie run away before? When and where did she go? Did this seem the same or different? Did they report it before? Did they only report this time because TS told them to?

Most of my questions involve BR, because I think he either was involved or knows something. Regarding JC, it is hard for me to believe she was actually involved, but I think she knows, or at a minimum suspects, more than she is saying (to the public).

I can see that JC might not have positive feelings towards LE given her history. I can also see that if she truly believes that Cassie ran away she might not want to say too much, fearing that Cassie might be removed from the home if she ever returns. (Not excusing her silence, just understanding why it might happen.)

Regarding local interest, my pure speculation is that people think she ran away or that BR did something, and since he is in custody, there is no further need to worry.

I wonder if JC really even communicated with Cassie after she came home from TS and HS's and then went missing...

so JC is not able to tell much about what she was last seen wearing, etc....

But BR would know.....

Posted some pages back the clothes and curtains found on private property. Hasnt been linked to the case. I noticed that a shirt with the sleeves cut off was an item that was found. Looking at BR facebook page he is wearing an army shirt with the sleeves cut off. Probably a coincidence. Also in Cassies old facebook pics she is in a room with off white curtain

Ok I went back to DAY 1 hoping to gather up as many questions as we have that we are still awaiting answers on. I have a laundry list so please excuse my hogging up space! Hopefully this will pugs is forward if any if our VIs can assist. Hopefully I snagged them all
1) Clothing size, boot size & description including brand
2) Phone description including model number
3) Who was really outside when Cassie came home- JC, BR, friends?
4) Which of JC’s recollections of that night are correct- Did she see Cassie, did she talk to Cassie, was she sleeping? Was it 8pm or 8am that she started texting Cassie?
5) It has been stated that Cassie was quiet on the ride back from the derby and possibly prior. Can we get more detail on this? Was it not like Cassie to be quiet?
6) What was the order of events for BR in regards to calls to TS & LE along with visits to LE the night Cassie went missing
7) What time was the Missing persons report made & by whom?
8) Why did BR ride his bike to the station rather than call for an officer?
9) How much money did Cassie have with her? Since she left her purse behind, was there still money left in her purse?
10) Did Cassie’s phone run out of minutes and when? It was said her phone was hitting VM was that her phone dead or no minutes?
11) What was Cassie’s usual “cigarette run” like? Ie- store, older friend got them for her at the store, she went to a friend’s house, met a friend’s somewhere, etc
12) The 2 times that Cassie ran away for 3-4 days when was she reported & how long after she left was she reported? Where did she go?
13) How was the runaway status introduced & when was Cassies status changed to Missing?
14) Status of the FOIA requests? Has one been submitted since TwinMama hasn’t returned? (including logs, FD info etc)
15) Was there a FOIA request submitted on the found items incident?
16) We need an idea of Cassie’s personality- was she naïve, outgoing, etc
17) Who are Cassie’s friends other than HS?
18) Did anyone else at the Youth Group (?First Baptist) ever really talk to Cassie? Maybe they know some info through small talk.
19) What other activities was Cassie into other than Youth Group?
20) Where did Cassie get her scars- I have seen car accident & from a dog attack.
21) Was the pink apple device an iPod Cassie had or a friends iPhone/iPod?
22) How did JC & BR meet?
23) What is BR & Cassie’s relationship like? OK, controlling, etc?
24) Do Cassie & BR have mutual friends?
25) Cassie is still not in NAMUS-is there a reason that LE, ASP & FBI feel that shouldn’t be done?
26) Are there any future search plans?
27) Were all of BRs things removed from the home? Specifically electronics, journals, etc
28) Does the family have a PC? Was that taken by LE?
29) Are there any firearms in the home of JC & if so are they registered? How about in the home of TS? If so, are any of them missing?
30) In JCs home now- has anything changed? Photos- more? Less? Are things new or missing- curtains, bedding?

Do you recall anything about the context of where you saw the image or the time frame you saw it in got4? I understand hesitating to relay your suspicions here or anywhere but to LE. I think if you are hesitant to say what you suspect you are right to hold it close. But whatever it is I can tell it has you worried and you feel it may be very relevant. Even without the name associated with the vehicle I strongly urge you to relay to FBI. If you saw the image on social media around Cassie or this case, my bet is the FBI can track it down and by doing so, find the person associated with it. Do contact them please. :twocents:
