AR AR - Cassie Compton, 15, Stuttgart, 14 Sept 2014 #6

I don't believe LE is covering up anything, I personally think LE doesn't know where to search, what to investigate &/or who to believe.
I'm sure they're kinda how we all are....just scratching our heads wondering what happened.
I too wish we had Brandon's side of the story, in my opinion, he is the one who holds the key, whether it is a good or bad key, who knows??!!??
TS and her family are dear dear friends with the one and only sheriff Mark. TS is in charge of the FB and makes darn sure nothing is ever allowed to remain posted if it sheds a negative light on her family.

Those two things alone are alarming. Conclusions drawn.

Not to mention the followers of TS will make sure they pm you if you do question anything that may pertain to them.
This poor girl, Cassie, needs to be found. It should be a joint effort by all in that town.

I could be wrong, but I believe that site is for NCIC and the LE was supposed to enter Cassie's information.

Thats true. LE agencies enter the info there.

So.... how do we get another LE agency to take a CLOSE, REALLY CLOSE look at TS, HS and anyone else in their house, along with those two that fateful weekend she went missing?? Who drove Cassie to the demo in what vehicle? TS said they all rode together, was it in Hunter's truck? Anyone know how many vehicles they own? Any sold since Cassie went missing? Have their vehicles ever been looked at? Sniffed by dogs?

I noticed while looking at pictures through any and every source I could, that TS's family seems to have been very active in cars, the type that would be used in a demo derby in particular. Also, a car that was in the derby that she alledgedly went to, had Cassie written on it. Does anyone know if TS had a family member enter/drive a car in that demo derby? How would one go about finding out who entered cars, who drove them and who was "pit crew" for those cars?
I wonder if there could have been some kind of accident related to working/prepping or practicing with the demo car & if Cassie ever made it to the derby, never mind home that night!!???
Where Cassie's neighbors ever asked if they saw HS's truck at all Sunday night when he claims to have dropped her off? I know I read where one neighbor took notice that he usually pulled up in the alley for Cassie.

Just some more thoughts I had after reading through threads... my opinion only.

Did they pm you?
Heck I wouldn't mind one pm'ing me, where should I comment to make that happen????

The case is under the jurisdiction of the FBI and ASP. I am not sure why SPD continues to say that they are investigating leads weekly-leads should be going to the other objective agencies that have more resources.

If anyone has tips, concerns or questions they can contact the FBI in Little Rock or ASP. Just ask for the agent or investigator for Cassie's case. This is not a suggestion that sleuthers start making calls, rather a remark on how to contact the agency that will handle tips from the public.

So why wouldn't Cassie meet requirements for an Nick Amber Alert? Seems she meets the requirements....

https://static.ark.org/eeuploads/asp/mnaa_field_ops_manual_2005.pdf

Local Law Enforcement Agency Minimum Reporting Criteria
1) The age of the child – Persons who are subjects of the alerts must be less than 18 years of age.
2) Threat assessment – Collect the necessary statements and evidence necessary to assess the likelihood that the missing infant, child or minor may be facing imminent harm or death.
3) Time element – The amount of time that has elapsed between the last known sighting of the missing or abducted infant, child or minor and the actual time of the report to a law enforcement agency must be factored into a decision to activate a Level I, EAS/MNAA.
4) Witness information – Consider the reliability and competency of witness information.
5) Parental or guardian disputes – Every effort must be made to determine if any parental or guardian dispute has played some role in the disappearance of the missing infant, child or minor.
6) Collective evidence and statements – The decision whether to authorize a Level I activation will be based on the collective evidence and statements provided to law enforcement officers that would lead investigators to believe there is a credible evidence of an abduction and/or the threat the infant, child or minor may be in imminent danger, facing serious injury or death.

IIRC police originally thought she had ran-away as apparently she had a few times before.

In this article that was posted regarding the missing woman Miranda Owens. Duke mentions the fbi got involved with Cassies case because they believed she was abducted and taken over state lines. So why was there no amber alert issued when they came to that conclusion?

Thats strange! This is the 1st time Ive heard LE say they think she was ABDUCTED and taken over state lines. I heard they assumed she had run away again as she had in the past. I wonder what in particular led them to believe strongly enough to call in the FBI, that she was abducted instead? Or could it be that they called in the FBI to RULE OUT, as quickly as possible, that she'd be abducted and transported across state lines? (Much like in the case when a patient comes in the hospital complaining of numerous symptoms, such as extreme abdominal pain, nausea, fever, chills... of unknown reason. The patient is worked up and examined to rule out the most obvious and accute issues 1st, such as apendix, bowel obstruction, or such. With chest pain, the work to quickly rule out a heart attack or cardiac issue.)

Thinking out loud!
I feel so sad for this girl who is the same age as my daughters. It turns my stomac and irritates me to even think of them having to endure any of the things she faced! I hope that she found what she at least considered to be happiness, on a regular basis, even if it's not what the majority of people would consider happiness. Its all relative. Ya, know?

Im curious as to why a group of people created fcc for cassies mom but in turn use it as a tool to point fingers at her? And I'm curious as to why her mom allows it.

Right. It may have been simply because her Bio Dad lives in Oklahoma IIRC.

I believe an auto needs to be involved for an Amber alert to be issued.

I am sure Cassie is very much at peace wherever he is. I am also sure Stuttgart and the surrounding areas are not safe from whomever last saw Cassie.

The car in the demolition derby photos is named for a 32-year-old woman in DeWitt with the initials CHD. I asked the question several months ago. I just went to the woman's husband's FB page to check for more derby pictures, but I see no more from that particular night. I am familiar with the pics/video from the DeWitt Era Enterprise FB and those of the Brixie family on FB.

Did anyone in HS's family enter a car in the demo? Have any pictures/videos of Cassie or containing Cassie in them from the weekend of the derby ever been seen or made public anywhere that anyone knows of? What is HS upto these days any idea? How about Brandon, where is he currently?

Who is the Brixie family?

Wouldn't it be nice if the main people in this case didn't act suspicious! If there's nothing to hide then there shouldn't be a problem with the simplest questions imo. Like, what was Cassie wearing at the derby? What did she wear when Hunter took her home? Why did Cassie send a random text to Hunters phone? Was she "checking in" with him? Did Hunters phone get confiscated? The list of questions is endless. So imo, what appeared as someone wanting to help (ts) it was just a front. Imo

Let's not forget DB that was in Stuttgart visiting that night, posting all night til breaking daylight the day after cassie went missing. Which is unusual based on looking at his history on fb.

Did DB & HS know each other? We're the friends or acquaintances?
