Let's not forget DB that was in Stuttgart visiting that night, posting all night til breaking daylight the day after cassie went missing. Which is unusual based on looking at his history on fb.

Brixie, as it turns out, was Adam something something from the Ted blog.

He made a posting shortly after Cassie disappeared about "being gone in one night" and tagged Cassie. I have a screenshot. Apparently they dated and she may have gone with him to the football game.

I dont think he was!?!? Didnt we learn about him because he was tagged in a post on Cassie's fb and someone told him he was too old for her or something similar?

I guess I missed anything about DB and him being a POI & for what reason he was one. Why was he considered one and has he been cleared? Im very interested in HS. Has he ever given a formal statement? Was his phone taken by LE? Was the "cigg text" ever confirmed by ANYONE other than his mother? I wonder where her phone pinged from when/if that text to him was sent and where his phone pinged when/if he recieved it. Yes, I doubt the mother/son stories without any other confirmation.

Does anyone remember reading about Cassie being seen at a laundromat at 12am the day she went missing?

It's tricky-DB and others are within her circle of friends. DB is not a minor so he can be discussed I think within the context of the conversation. HS and TS appear to be at a minimum material witnesses, although HS was a minor when she disappeared-is he a minor now?? TS also went to the media with multiple statements regarding the story, so she is certainly fair to discuss. HS is the last seen...or TS is the last seen because she went on TV and made a statement regarding the last time she physically saw Cassie. TS indicated that her son received a text from Cassie and TS related the story regarding HS dropping her off. It is her assumption that this happened unless she was actually there. IIRC, BR/JC claim to have heard Cassie, and did not actually see her.

So HS, TS and others have not been ruled out as suspects themselves, but they havent been named in the media so sleuthing them would have to be within a specific context I think....clear as mud??

I am kind of a fan of the Snyder home being the LKA. I wonder if the Snyder's have cooperated with LE in terms of property searches and vehicle searches and DNA etc? It is best to clear yourself right out of the gate with an investigation like this one.

I just thought about something and wondering about it now! Do we know if that text message is true? Did HS or TS ever showed that text message to anyone or it is just something that TS said without any proof of it!

This is just an scenario but we are wondering how come JC or BR (if at the house) never saw Cassie but they found her bag there! Since we know that HS and BR were facebook friend, is there a possibility you think that they would also text each other etc.... I mean let's say something happened to Cassie on the way to her home (or before), could HS have learn that BR wasn't home (that day or the weekend since only TS said HS saw BR on the porch or something similar) because JC was bed-ridden sick and found a way to place the bag in Cassie's room without any suspicions as if Cassie dropped it herself?! Then someone using Cassie's phone texted HS or he texted himself using her phone.... I'm really not good in explaining stuff but you see where I'm going with this?

I've been right where you are, iron angel. I was stuck there for a long time.

However, since then I have come to believe that JC "heard" Casssie's voice in some capacity. Therefore, even though she may not have seen her, JC firmly believes Cassie came home, then left without saying anything to her mom. JC reported this to LE and said so in the media interviews (I truly wish we could see the whole interview, raw and uncut).

This implicates JC and BR, which is why I think LE concluded them as suspects.

This also causes me to question the context of the text. i am wondering if it wasn't code words for "come get me" or some other indicator that he should pick her up somewhere.

I havent seen any proof of the text message. We actually dont have proof of much outside of the police report which seems to contradict much that has been said. For example, TS indicated that "we" filed a MP report on Monday, 9/15. There was a single MP report filed which was filed by Cassie's mother, JC.
