i'm curious how the family feels......have they said libra? i know you're local and i wondered if they've voiced an opinion on a punishment that they would like to see holly receive?

Per the defense, he has intellectual challenges but his reason for killing her was because of the DNA? Sounds pretty calculated and cunning to me!

I haven't seen them publicly say what they would want to see. They have always just said they want justice. I think we will hear more from them once the trial is over.

question..........is the burglary in regard to entering the house jersey was found in or entering jersey's house?

i thought it was in regard to entering jersey's house and committed during the felonious act of kidnapping......

but now that i think of it.....hoosgirl, you make a good point, it could be in regard to the empty house.....

That may be the case, Bee -- Good afternoon, all! -- I just blew in from Target. I know this case is only a teeny blip on the national radar, but it's got to be big in some areas of Arkansas if not all.

It very well could be that they aren't allowed to tweet while they're in court. Maybe we'll find out for sure before this is all over. Yeah, the tweets we get are few & far between. We're starving & we're getting crumbs... but if they can only tweet on a courtroom break, bless 'em for that.

VERDICT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know!! Some are reporting no verdict yet and others reporting that the verdict is in! I guess we will see in a few minutes!
