North Little Rock police identify mother, child found dead off on-ramp, call case a homicide

Police in North Little Rock have identified the woman and child who were found dead off the side of the Interstate 440 on-ramp from Highway 165 Tuesday morning.

Officials with the North Little Rock Police Department said victims in this case were identified as 27-year-old Teangela Tate of Jacksonville and her infant 2-month-old son Noel Mott.

North Little Rock police arrest two in connection to death of mother, infant found off I-440

Police in North Little Rock say they have made two arrests tied to the investigation into the killings of a mother and her infant child who were found dead off the side of a highway.

North Little Rock Police Department officials said they have arrested 43-year-old Willie Mott Jr. and 70-year-old Diane Mott in connection to the death of 27-year-old Teangela Tate and her infant son, Noel Tate.

I’m local and cannot wrap my head around this. When I first heard about it I assumed some sort of vehicle accident since they were found by the interstate. His own children and their mother and apparently his mother helped him. They are truly evil.
