That filing says Charity requested an emergency hearing following the final hearing on Dec. 2. When she reportedly didn't show up for the emergency hearing, authorities conducted a welfare check and found Charity and her two children dead at their home on Dec. 3.
While Randall's lawyer had no comment about John's efforts to intervene in the divorce case, he said Charity did not request an emergency hearing after the Dec. 2 hearing.
Who in the heck requested the welfare ck on the 3rd?

"That's our top priority right now, is to be able to put my mother to rest like she deserves," John Powell told 5NEWS.www.5newsonline.com
I guess I'm still waiting on confirmation if an emergency hearing was actually requested after the final divorce proceeding or not.IMO, we will at some point learn the welfare check was requested by friends of Charity's. Perhaps they showed up to the final hearing to support her, and were alarmed when she was not in court?
One side says CB requested it.
The other side says it wasn't requested.
The court has not uploaded documentation of it.
Can you really get a next day emergency hearing? The last one CB requested was responded to 4 days later with a notice of withdraw by the defendant.
