Which is why it's important to know if the weapon was found at the scene. I haven't seen any mention of that - it wouldn't confirm M/S, but if there's no firearm found, that excludes M/S.
We literally know nothing about the scene found in the home, all of us here have been asking these questions for weeks now.

You can zoom in and out on the dumpsters at the map link below. Could anyone have dumped the bag there, can't tell if there is a gate?

Roughly 8 miles from Bonanza to the dumpsters.

The woman who found Charity's belongings in the dumpster talks about what she found. Previously, I asked about a gate or limited access to the dumpsters. Sounds like it's wide open, she lives in a home nearby and regularly dumpster dives there.

LE releasing that information would solve the whole case, except for the people who will never believe the truth.

Interesting, guess who lives at the complex on Chad Colley Blvd?

Phones, and then phone records separately probably, vehicles, houses, Google (if applicable), etc.

Not a lot, all things considered. It's early yet though, so I'm not sure we can read much into that.

Usually in cases where murder/suicide is a possibility, we get a leak or sometimes even an official statement that a weapon has been recovered. That's what I'm hoping for here, if we don't get more than that in the meantime.

My suspicion is that the scene may look like a murder/suicide, but based on this guy's history and the devastation that closing the door could cause to a potential murder case, they're being really careful.
If husband is involved, he's not exactly Mr. Intelligent. Garbage bag at his apartments? Wouldn't there be fingerprints on the bag? Could be a set-up. He just received child custody; why would he kill his children? Strange.

Being the most obvious suspect hasn’t stopped a lot of spouse killers, so that doesn’t bother me.

And you’re right about the MFH thing. I can think of 5 cases off the top of my head where the kids were present during one of those, and in all of them they were unharmed.

I can’t think of one where they were injured, much less killed.

I’m extremely high on murder/suicide at this point, but if it isn’t, then there’s only one way to look.
Wonder where in the house the kids were found in comparison to her. Were they "positioned?"

5NEWS reached out to the sheriff's office on Jan. 5 for an update on the case, and SCSO said there was no new information to share.

Also from linked article:

John has since been involved in legal proceedingsin an attempt to get closure on his mother's divorce and become the administrator of her estate.

He was later granted administration of her estateand custody of her body, while Dr. Beallis was granted custody of the bodies of his twin children.

Is this just going to be a cold case going forward.... ????
I do wonder if the are concluding murder/suicide... well, I think LE would let us know that

I really thought this case would be much more active and covered.....

The last time SCSO released details on the deaths of Beallis and her children was on Dec. 9, 2025, when it revealed that six search warrants had been served and another 12 were "in process."

The sheriff's office said at the time that interviews had been conducted, autopsy results were pending, and evidence had been collected.

I think investigator's are waiting on tox screening results, then they will make thier announcement. It's been a little over thirty days, AR State Crime Lab does the testing - returns, per a Google search vary widely. So who knows how long might be.

LE never asked the public for help in this case did they? That's sort of telling in itself.

‘I don’t even know if the kids have been buried, or cremated, or where they may be. I don’t know anything at the moment, because [Randall] has told me nothing. It’s heartbreaking.’
..
A relative of Shawna’s, who asked not to be named for their own safety, told the Daily Mail they see disturbing parallels between her death and that of Charity and her children.

They claimed Randall was physically abusive and would often 'fly into rages.'

‘Shawna had too much to live for; she was like Charity,’ said the relative. ‘But because he was “ Doctor” Beallis, they didn't question him.'

"No ongoing threat to the community" is an interesting choice of words.

During her months-long custody battle, Charity told her eldest son that she was “terrified” and confessed in a comment under a local news story that she was being “shut out” by those she turned to for help, including a local prosecuting attorney.

“I’m living this battle right now. I am the victim, yet I’ve been treated like the problem while the criminal — a local doctor — is being shielded by the very system that’s supposed to protect us,” she wrote.

“My voice, as the victim, has been shut out. This is not just about me — this is about a system that protects offenders and rejects victims. Lives are at stake, including the lives of young children.”

I’m very curious who requested the welfare check? Still no updates I could find.

I’m very curious who requested the welfare check? Still no updates I could find.
This is what I could get from a google search asking who called for the welfare check.

Based on reports regarding the December 3, 2025, incident in Bonanza, Arkansas, a welfare check for Charity Beallis and her children was requested after she failed to appear for a scheduled emergency court hearing.
  • Context of the Call: The welfare check was initiated following the scheduled emergency hearing that Charity Beallis did not attend.
  • Discovery: Sebastian County deputies responded to the residence on South 1st Avenue in Bonanza for the welfare check, where they initially received no response at the door.
  • Entry: Two workers at the home assisted law enforcement in gaining entry, leading to the discovery of 40-year-old Charity Beallis and her two 6-year-old children, who were found shot to death.
The incident occurred just one day after a final divorce hearing between Charity and her estranged husband, Dr. Randall Beallis.
