Comparing area where remains were found in Dec.
I really would like to know why this area was not searched, Search and Rescue will go into rivers, oceans, swamps and worst conditions. I think the defense may use this fact and run with it. I understand the area was underwater when TES was there, but yet in November when they came back they did not search the area. However, Dominic and Hover claim they did and got video of the area and it was not under water. I know it's not TES responsibility and they were following what LE was advising.
But why didn't anyone take the time to follow up on Kronk's tips?
Why was this area, the area that most said Caylee would possibly be at not be searched over and over with this high profile case? It is known that in cases like these the victim is found within miles of there home. In this case it was blocks away from home. Casey was sending coded messages to someone IMO, she always said Caylee was close to home. That is as close as close gets.
So, my questions are:
Have we found out yet if the area in DC's and JH's video is the same area as being a fact yet?
Why were DC and JH out searching that area in Nov?
Who really sent them out there?
Is someone from the inside working with the defense?
Was this a set up by the defense knowing that the body was there and they left it there and hoped that once found they could use DC and JH testimony to claim the area had been searched prior and the body was not there so someone else must of disposed of the body while Casey was in jail?
I really would like to know if it is the same area or just an area close by?
Does anyone live in the area that can testify that the area was not under water in Nov? Caylee was found right off the sidewalk from the pictures I have seen, so they would not of had to go 200 feet in the woods.
Was it not said she was like 15 feet from the sidewalk?

"Tim said his biggest fear was if she is deceased, they're looking for a tiny little skeleton" . "If it's under the water, we'll drive a 4-wheel drive over it or have a horse step on it and push it in the mud. We have to wait for the right conditions," he added. "When we came back in November, we didn't even search that area," said Miller, saying again that it was underwater.
