perhaps kcs friends did think she was a good mom. she was probbaly kind to Caylee around them, and according to kc, sh e was being a good mom. To me, a good parent takes care of their responsibilities. kc told them she was working, that she was taking Caylee to a nanny, that she was getting her own house etc. What her "friends" knew of her, was a good mom. The truth was a different story. Casey really wasn't the primary caregiver of CaAylee and apparently had no real plans to take on an adult responsibility of working and providing for Caylee. Does this make her a murderer? No, but it says that she was just putting on a big act for everybody, and her friends were likely fooled into believing kc was something she was not. kc obviously hides alot about who she really is and what she is capable of.

I've also heard the tape would tend to preserve the soft tissue. I know. :(

I have not let my mind go deep into scenarios of how horrible Caylee's death must have been after hearing of the duct tape. I can't, I had convinced myself that maybe she went to sleep and just didn't wake up...Silly, I know. I hope those beautiful eyes of Caylee's at her last moment haunt Casey for the rest of her life. I just don't think that it will though.

nor would a little bruise on the face of a 2 year old mean abuse. Anyone who has ever raised children knows that they often get little bruises just from playing, especially at that age. Now if she'd had lots of bruises, or bruises on the back or areas that don't ordinarily get bruised on children (face bruises are very common at that age), or any bruise that appeared to have been from a hand, or moreover, any FEAR of her mother, obviously that would be of concern. But no one mentions anything like that in any of the documents. Just the opposite.

I saw a shop vac, 2 uprights and a carpet cleaning machine being taken out of the Anthony house. They have 2 small dogs and I believe there may be a cat as well.

I saw a hand vacuum also and a hand carpet cleaner.

I have 2 uprights, a carpet machine, a hand held vac for my SUV and my hubby has 2 shop vacs. (a really big one and a small one) - but we do have a lot larger home than the Anthonys and more than one floor.

In our Florida house we have a central vacuuming system, but we still use another vac at times.

I believe that where Caylee was found is where she was placed 6 months ago.

I also believe the forensic evidence will support it totally.

It is very common for a murderer to place their victims within a 5 mile radius of where the victim went missing. Some are found very close by. It is also not uncommon for bodies to go overlooked even in vast searches and this area was under water due to the unusual rainy and storm season in central Florida. In the Molly Bish case there were massive searches for her for a long time. Wooded areas checked with no results. It wasn't until several years later that her swimsuit was found just a short distance away from where she went missing. That area had been searched before but evidence was overlooked and missed.

Even in Laci and Connor's extensive searches the police immediately began to search the bay and did for months on end with no results. Only when a storm kicked up and washed them back toward the shoreline were they found and there are countless other cases as well.

I know that the A's agreed to be fingerprinted. Does anyone know if Lee also agreed. I found it puzzling when he refused to take a LTD and refused to have his DNA sample taken.

I believe that Casey was so lazy just like she was with all aspects of her life and found the first spot that she knew was secluded and she tossed her away like trash. We will see if she had help with disposing of the body but whatever they found in that bag led them right back to the Anthony home which became a crime scene.

Thank goodness that Mr. Gonzalez had to find a place that day to relieve himself. At least now Caylee is no longer out there tossed away like garbage but can be buried with respect, she did not get in her little short life.

I am afraid it is going to be more horrible than we can imagine before it is over. I have had the feeling since day 31 she was hit in the head and her neck broken. That is why it freaked me out so when I read about KC looking up "neck breaking."

Just FYI, there is a show on this case, on MSNBC...It is the same channel that Keith Olberman is on, not sure what it is in your area. May be the dateline show, sounds like Stone Phillips is narrarating..

you know, one of the strangest things to me about this case, is the whole theory that she would have driven around with a body decomposing in her trunk, knowing it was there. Why would she drive around with a body in her trunk unless she didn't know it was there until the smell made her look? If she killed the child and put the body there, she would dump it immediately I would think. JMO

If she killed her own child, which she did, I don't find it so impossible to believe that she tooled around town with the decomposing body in the trunk. After all, she was a very busy lady - going shopping on stolen checks, posing for all those pictures at Fusion, keeping house for "her boyfriend" and his friends. She probably just didn't get around to it sooner. Even in death, Caylee was not that important to her. When she got a chance, she disposed of the body.

That is true. My 2 and 1/2 year old daughter has had so many bruises; I can't even count. I don't think that there was a history of physical abuse. I think that Casey planned Caylee's demise. She was tired of not being the baby. :(

whoops, its over now,,,,dateline re run...story of mylife, day late and a dollar short. sorry guys

I think Casey Anthony knew how to mimic being a good mother when it behooved her. I dont believe deep in her heart she was good at all but resented Caylee.

Me too Turbo, I'm afraid to find out and I never even knew this precious baby. I sure have come to love her though, just as the rest of us have.

Casey is not a meth addict. I will bet my life on that. I, and I know others on this forum, have been meth addicts. Casey is a sociopath. She didn't drink heavily; she didn't do many drugs. Pure and simple, she is evil incarnate.

I agree with you, she may have dabbled, but she was not a meth/crack addict. You said it... a sociapath...she made no secret really of her self absorbed nature or her pathalogical lying. Here is a link to her photobucket icons from her Myspace/Facebook page. Very telling IMO, if anyone had been paying any attention.

I think the forensics are probably pretty accurate, at least what we know so far from what has been released of the preliminaries. 2 1/2 days or less.

points taken, anastacia. But at least what they said they saw when she was with Caylee was that she was normal, caring, prepared healthy meals for her, cared about her safety, keeping her away from stairs, all the normal things, tucked her in in a nice manner at night, etc (according to their statements.)

That is very true that working to provide for the child is a primary responsibilty. KC's parents (well, her mom) do appear to have provided the income that supported Caylee for most of her life. However, since Cindy was working during the days, KC reportedly did watch Caylee most of the time during the days, except during that early time frame when she was still working at Universal and someone was babysitting Caylee (I can't remember if that was Lauren or Kristina or someone else at first.) (I know she also reportedly annoyed Lauren or one of the friends later when she got them to babysit but they found out she wasn't working anymore.)
Like Jesse G asked in his interview, one question that remains is, during the time that Caylee was definitely still alive, there were times that KC didn't have Caylee but apparently her parents didn't either, so who was watching Caylee during those times?

to me, if a person drives around with a body in their trunk doing other trivial things, they either don't know it's there yet, or they are very mentally ill. Or possibly on drugs. A psychopath would know to dispose of it asap and where it wouldn't be found. JMO

I guess that would be a good point, but I have to wonder where such information is collaborated by all parties. Is there something in the docs that collaborate a situation where JG and the parents were told conflicting stories and both discussed it with one another? How would we know a situation such as this even arose? do you have a link? You are saying there was a time when kc told JG Caylee was with her parents, and JG talked to her parentst and they said they did not have Caylee at that particular time? did they confront kc about it? what did she say?

If there were a nanny, why can't kc provide any phone # at least? phone bills should have some record of her having contact with a babysitter. she had to have talked to the babysitter from her cell phone.

Casey would have blamed George already if she could have. She wouldn't spend one second in jail eating coleslaw if she didn't have to.

George also would NOT have left Caylee close to the house. He wouldn't have left evidence that tied Caylee's death to HIS house. He wouldn't have left tape with possible fibers, cat hair or fingerprints. He wouldn't have wrapped the body in plastic to better preserve it either. Nor would he have left Caylee's clothes with more incriminating and identifying evidence close to the body.

Good points, Jolynna.

Cindy tipped LE off when she was picking on the cadaver dogs and said, "these are the same dogs that cleared the house." Then, when LE found Caylee, something in the bag gave them tremendous interest in the house. Something Cindy must have been aware of. It makes it hard for me to have sympathy for her.

One one hand I feel like maybe George was nervous on LKL because he KNEW that bag was about to be found because he asked someone to put it there while they were out of town. Could you imagine LE trying to pull off the house search with the A's HOME?

But, maybe it is truly just a Christmas miracle.
