Well they already examined him (medical examiner) , say those articles posted above.so it makes sense that he was discovered before the hearing at 9 am. I guess for legal purposes they had to try to start, and then continue to schedule nov 21 sentencing.(?)

That leads me to believe his wife/ kids were there. Too early for school, too early for hospital shift with her specialty? Is that address where they were living before?

He had to be in Tucson for his hearing at 9:00 am, and it’s a two-hour drive from Phoenix under the best conditions (I live in Phoenix, btw).

yeah, remember they sold that house where Parker died (and where all their neighbors had nothing good to say about them to the cops) (well, except for maybe that one lady neighbor!)

And maybe they didn't REALLY sell it, didn't they just change the name on the title to an LLC or something?

Upthread, there is a post about the original home. It was placed into an LLC owned by both CS and ES and appears to be a rental now.

Son of a you know what, to leave everyone else holding the bag.

All that ever mattered to him was his desires and to hell with his family.

I guess we will find out shortly what means he took.

Stupid Erika, I know you didn’t kill your daughter but you did nothing to intervene, and now you have nothing.

I truly hope all his children will somehow overcome the tragedies in their lives and grow up happy.

Not Parker though, of course, the ultimate victim of a man with no heart and no conscience.

I just did an advanced search on the ME website. Christopher is the only Scholtes listed, so I think it’s safe to say he didn’t take anyone else with him.
