I was just reading a news article regarding this story and it came (quoted) from a flight attendent. Also that Aruba wanted to keep this quiet. I hope this is not another blown out of reality story. To put any family member through this crap again would be beyond hateful if untrue.

I'l try to keep positive, but so many times in the past all has come "untrue" for Natalee and her family.....

What is BNO?

I think it's BreakingNewsOn (BNO) which is related to Twitter. They put out breaking news, think they might be also connected to the Netherlands, but I'm not sure. Hope that helps.

Now Steve is mentioning that CNN is reporting that this rumor is false about Natalee being found & the cadaver dogs being sent.

http://twitter.com/stevehuff

"CNN reports that Aruba's police commissioner says Holloway rumor is false. I'm a cynic about this case, so I won't be surprised if it is."

I just posted this on 2 other NH threads...seems to be quite a few running around here.

I really hope this pans out so there is some closure for the family. It has been a long heartbreaking ordeal for them I'm sure.

"Natalee Holloway's father flew a search dog and handler to Aruba to search for the missing teen's body on Friday, although prosecutors said they have no new leads in the case.

Ann Angela, a spokeswoman for the Aruba Prosecutors' Office, said the dog is searching a small reservoir in northwestern Aruba that witnesses have previously identified as a location where Holloway's remains might be found."

Source: Body of Natalee Holloway Found in Aruba

The website for a newspaper in Broward County, Florida is claiming a source says authorities in Aruba have a lead in the almost four year old disappearance of Mountain Brook teen Natalee Holloway. The Associated Press is reporting that Natalee's father hired a search team but that Aruban officials are denying there's any new lead.

New Times of Broward-Palm Beach says their source is a flight attendant who observed a cadaver search dog being flown from Florida to Aruba. The unnamed flight attendant is quoted: "They think they've found where Natalee Holloway's remains are, and they're taking the dog down to confirm that," said the flight attendant, who lives in Fort Lauderdale. "They're not telling anybody because Aruba is trying to keep this quiet."

CBS42 contacted Natalee Holloway's mother Beth Twitty Friday afternoon but Ms. Twitty would only say "I shouldn't have answered the phone."

Fox New (national) is reporting on this. Here's an excerpt from the article:

"The officer accompanying the dog reportedly told the airline employee that they were going to retrieve what was believed to be Holloway's remains.

"They think they've found where Natalee Holloway's remains are, and they're taking the dog down there to confirm that," the flight attendant told the paper. "They're not telling anybody because Aruba's trying to keep this quiet."

Sounds strange. If a body has already been found, why would a dog be needed?

Doesn't make a lot of sense; if they found evidence of a body; i.e. bone, teeth, etc..; i would think there would have been an immediate DNA test.

Holloway's dad sends search dog to Aruba

With no new leads in sight, Natalee Holloway's father flew a search dog to the island Friday in hopes of uncovering his missing daughter's body, the AP reports.

Dave Holloway's attorney told the AP he wanted another search of a small reservoir in the northwestern region after a witness, that passed a lie detector test in the U.S., said her body COULD be found there.

I think its all rumors. I have not heard it confirmed anywhere that they FOUND her body.

No, a handler is taking the dog there.
"The station, also known as WGGB-TV, Channel 40, is reporting that Fred A. Golba, who runs a canine rescue unit he calls Coast to Coast Canine, left for Aruba at 6 Friday morning.

The television station says that Golba was sent by Natalee's Holloway's father. He and a cadaver dog will be searching the bottom of an Aruban pond, according to the station.

"I have more confidence in this pond than any other of the eight trips I've made to the island," he told abc40's Kathy Reynolds.

Golba brought his search dog Rhino to Aruba with him.

Golba has been involved with the case since 2005, according to abc40. "

Hi, I can't copy & paste right now, but there is an article that says:

""They think they've found where Natalee Holloway's remains are, and they're taking the dog down there to confirm that," the flight attendant told the paper. "They're not telling anybody because Aruba's trying to keep this quiet."

I found that at a sight we can't link to :innocent::innocent::D, but mean well. YaYa

They said her remains are at the bottome of a pond. There is the Monseurat pond in the SE part of the island. And then the Quarry pond by Joran's house that they were unable to search when Gene Ralston was there with his side sonar. Then there is the pond by the Fisherman's Hut, right. I don't think that is it. I don't know. But this pond is right by the house of that witness that came forward in Jan I think. Remember he saw Joran leaving the pond area, walked right past this witnesses house, and he was holding his head down and covered up to his chest with muddy water.

I can't find the other 2 Natalee threads, but we only need one for this anyway, right? Let's hope there is some stuff to this new info and it will deserve a thread of it's own

Sounds more like another search. If they had found remains they would not need a cadaver dog to confirm it.

Hi Tonia, I thought the article used the word 'recovery'.
