And GG won't get one red cent, at least there's that.
I am more than happy to read that!!
Now, if they could only solve this mystery.....

In March a judge denied to dismiss the lawsuit, and then 5 months later AMEX drops it, does anyone know why? TIA
if i understand correctly, amex and GG settled their cases against each other: both dismissed w/ no money to GG -- yay!
Local Author Suggests New Theory in Robyn Gardner Disappearance
"Vanished Beauty," a follow up to Nemcoff bestselling "Fatal Sunset: Deadly Vacations," also features a very controversial new theory by Nemcoff about the ultimate fate of Robyn Gardner. "Inside this gripping true story involving alleged ties to human trafficking, kidnapping, fraud and deceit, there was a truth that had been ignored by the public until now," Nemcoff says. According to the author these are not fairy tales with happy endings. "I research and write about these things because I have a motto that I hope can save someone's life: Dare to be aware."
So guess who is interviewing GG and giving him a pretty hard time on TV? Dr Phil. And A POLYGRAPH! New show, coming soon. The previews look good. This coming Tuesday.
This must be Giordano's way of promoting his non selling book. :gaah:
I wonder how much Gary will be paid to be interviewed on Dr. Phil? Giordano will do anything to make a buck off of Robyn's disappearance. And yet, he remains the primary suspect! He's nothing but a self serving piece of trash, IMO.
Here's a preview of the show. Looks like Dr. Phil and Robyn's sister ask Giordano some hard questions.

I watched this show this morning, I didn't know GG was a certified scuba diver. With his wet heavy tennis shoes, he seems to have also had fins in the trunk of the car. I never did hear the results of the polygraph (might have missed it) but it doesn't look like the insurance company has paid off yet.

Is there any evidence or suspicion this could be a case of human trafficking?
