Yes, they drop the suit, and that A##H### won't get a dime. At least that's how I understand it.
Hopefully, this is all true, and if that's the case, Yeah!
Yet, it still doesn't bring Robyn back, and still no real answers, no complete resolution. I mean, where is she? What did you do to her, Gary?!!!

According to a criminal complaint, the victim — a 31-year-old U.S. woman — told investigators she was attacked and raped in her stateroom. The attacker tried to throw her from the balcony, but she escaped and received help from another passenger.

Pujayasa initially left the room but then turned himself in. The report says the Indonesian man told investigators he attacked the victim because she had disrespected him earlier.

Pujayasa is charged with attempt to commit murder and aggravated sexual abuse".

I just realized Robyn's been missing going on three years.

I just came across this about a book that has been written about her case.
Not exactly sure what his theory is, but it does mention human trafficking and kidnapping in this article.

I wonder how much Gary will be paid to be interviewed on Dr. Phil? Giordano will do anything to make a buck off of Robyn's disappearance. And yet, he remains the primary suspect! He's nothing but a self serving piece of trash, IMO.

I watched this show this morning, I didn't know GG was a certified scuba diver. With his wet heavy tennis shoes, he seems to have also had fins in the trunk of the car. I never did hear the results of the polygraph (might have missed it) but it doesn't look like the insurance company has paid off yet.

Yes, there were photos of him on boats in scuba gear, IIRC. Quite strange to me how anyone who is a certified scuba diver would go into the ocean with tennis shoes ? Yeah, sure, Hahaha. Not only stupid, but unbelievable, IMO. He's a Great. Big. Liar. How do people like him live to be his age before someone just does away with them, is a total mystery to me.

Giordano refuses to take a polygraph. No surprise at all.

It's a possibility. On Dr. Phil, Giordano claimed Robyn went under the water and that was the last he saw of her. Giordano said it happened to two other people in that location after Robyn disappeared. But Dr. Phil said their bodies were found. Where is Robyn?

Robyn's sister said Robyn would never have gone snorkeling. Robyn was into her appearance and had hair extensions. Robyn's sister feels Giordano is lying about the drowning. She talks about Giordano's inconsistencies on the Dr. Phil Show.

This article mentions pornographic pictures of Robyn and Giordano taken in Aruba that were found on his digital camera. Could he have been taking pictures of Robyn for a buyer? Maybe she didn't drown, and this is the reason he seems to have no remorse, because she isn't dead.
