I removed some posts in here that were a tit-for-tat and not constructive toward this case. Back up your facts with links next time and there won't be a problem.

And, thus is the reason that the LE at that time did not do their jobs.

In Aruba it is the judge who makes the decision on whether there is enough evidence and not LE. So to say LE did not do there jobs I have to wonder why someone would come to that conclusion. LE had help from TES and the FBI. It is hard to find evidence in the sand, very hard. It's not like looking on solid ground. I know I was there when they were draining the pond areas up near the high rise hotels. Helicopters were in the area constantly searching for NH. If LE were not doing their jobs I certainly did not see it. They appeared to be doing everything possible to try and find her. I was there for 3 weeks and LE never let up once. Whatever evidence they had it was the judge that made the decision to let Joran go.

This was my personal experience. Just because we are not hearing things back in the US does not mean they are not working hard to piece things together to find out what has happened. jmo

Yes, he was a lawyer, he was also a judge in training. Beleive me, I've followed the Natalie case since day one. Want to know anything else?

Yeah. Where's the body.

Strange, but it looks like the tattoo on Robyn's lower arm is different as in previous pictures:

Not really, they look the same. You can test it yourself if you want. Hold you arm out and draw a ring around your lower arm as in the right hand picture. Then fold your arm up as in the left hand picture. You will see that the ring takes on the shape as shown.

The tattoo that makes a ring around her arm below the elbow is what looks different to me.

Here is another pic from Robyn with the tattoo in yet another position.

Since this one was taken in Aruba too it seems the tattoo's are the same in all the pictures.

And in this view too. What is going on with this tattoo? The design looks different.

Yeah. Where's the body.

Something interesting I learned about Aruba. I've been told you can only "rent" a gravesite (they're all above ground) for 5 years and after that the remains are removed. Now what do they do with them? My guess is, because no one seemed to want to answer that questioned...they only laugh...was to cremate/crush whatever is left and bring them out to sea. The ground is rock under a thin layer of dirt so you can't bury someone. Makes sense because as people die what would you do with them it's such a small island. jmo

I saw this article also; however, I did not post it because I had a question:

When was it established that RG was GVG's "lover"?

http://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2011/09/27/gary-giordanos-criminal-background-under-scrutiny/

Before Giordano was known around the world in connection with the disappearance of his lover, Robyn Gardner, in Aruba, Detective David Hill arrested him for stealing electronics from a Target in Montgomery County.

I don't know if thats ever been established, its always been speculated as are so many things in this case
Maybe after the pics on the camera were found?
I don't know, really

I think "love" is not the right word when you put the beneficiary of "your" life insurance policy as your mother and you down as beneficiary on your travel partners. It would also be interesting to see how many partners he has traveled with that he took insurance out on them and named himself beneficiary and did they know it???? jmo

Regarding Robyn's tattoos, I inquired on the facebook page and the response is that they are not temporary but permanent.

Ya know, it does kinda. I hadn't thought of this before, but is it possible these tattoos were temporary tattoos? If that were the case, she could easily elude identification by simply removing them and making a few other changes.

... Nah, too farfetched.

But ... they do look different, and the odd thing is, the older pic seems to show a bigger, more complete tattoo. You can easily go from small to big, and people do it all the time (adding to existing tatts). But going from more to less ain't so easy.

So since they're permanent I looked again, and the reason the one on her lower arm looks different is, I think, because the underside of the tattoo is different that the topside of the tattoo. Ok, I can let this issue rest now.

She was aware her photo was being taken, I wonder why she has such a suggestive look on her face? jmo

Does anyone know if RG had implant surgery? I would think that if she did the implants would not break down in the water and might eventually wash ashore. jmo

Oh definitely, and I've thought of that too. I hear they are supposedly marked w/ something like a serial #.

We don't know for sure she was aware of it ... it could just be the way it turned out. Gary is standing behind her tho so it was not him who took it.

They do have serial numbers and they give you a card to carry in your purse with it on there. I know many bc survivors ...
