I bet that was all an act, the drunk act. The best thing he could do while being questioned was to pretend you could not answer any questions. Then it would make the searchers believe that the missing woman was drunk too. So no need to question the story at all. Just another drunk tourist drowning due to irresponsible actions.

And isn't it interesting that his pick of attorneys would be a personal injury lawyer. jmo

Claims he did not see them for the rest of the day, seems a strange thing to say "rest of the day".

Since it was almost dark, it does not seem like a strange thing to say. If he saw them drive away just an hour or so before dark that is. They were supposedly going snorkeling. That is typically done mid day and early afternoon, when the sun is shining high enough to penetrate straight into the water. Otherwise you cannot even see anything. So once again, GG's story makes no sense.

If there is only one fisherman and he told LE or the press that GG was drunk later on, then yes, it is a strange comment
If he had followed that with until later.... It would make more sense IMO

And I think its strange to still be fishing at almost dark

If I remember rightly he or another witnesses said they saw the car leave. The car was seen around parked in the location it was found around 6pm but no one saw either GG or RG. That was the impression I got from what I read. jmo

I am talking about what the fisherman or fishermen said, as it appears now that not only has this entire story (case) grown legs, but one fisherman has become two.
I made no mention of GG's story.

Not at all. Lots of fisherman go out at dusk. My uncles always went out then.

So many witnesses that don't seem to have a straight story.

It is a very strange comment to make.

I am told the fish are feeding at that time so it is a good time to catch something because they are looking for food, yummy. Law of the "food chain" I guess. lol

It was a few months back when I read the article about the fisherman but I believe he said they walked along the beach area and then got into the car and left. He noticed the car was back and parked around 6pm but did not see them. There may have been more than two witnesses that we are confusing their statements. Maybe someone else can remember what if this was the same person. jmo

We don't have their written statements only what has been reported. I do think that a few weeks later the fisherman did an interview but I do not have a link for that. jmo

Giordano's father arranged for Baez to join the team. Since Giordano was arrested on suspicion of murder and Baez having some experience with cases that had overexposure on tv it may have been a logical choice.

When Giordano was released his father and his son's were waiting for him in Aruba and already caught on camera.
I do wonder if that had not been the case people would speculate even more, wondering why no one would have shown up upon his release and thinking the mean 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 accusation made by Stein may be true after all since why else would his children not be waiting for him etc.

I think everything Giordano does right now will be looked at with suspicion because of the way he has been portrayed for months. He has sort of become the Lindsey Lohan of murder suspects. IMO

I didn't say he had to hide his sons' heads under black hoods while they were whisked away to an undisclosed location. Okay, they were seen at the airport.

That isn't a justification for parading them on TV for reasons that can't possibly have anything to do with THEIR well-being.

I guess it depends on how you see Giordano's place in the disappearance of Robyn in order to feel whether he has dragged his children into something or not.

If you believe this man went on a short trip and lost his travel partner while snorkeling, after which he was jailed for 4 months while not having commited any crime, then he is not dragging his children into anything.

Even if innocent, maybe ESPECIALLY if innocent, he did not serve his offspring well as a parent to put them in the national media at this specific event.

Maybe they are all publicity hounds, including the teens you say would incorrigibly refuse to stay home if expected to. ~shrug~. Maybe they ALL wantto gettheir fifteen minutes of fame.

As a child advocate, I would have expected better of a responsible mature parent. Those adjectives make ALL the difference. IMO

Does anyone think it is strange that GG went to a Personal Injury attorney after finding out RG's mother was coming to Aruba? Personal Injury attorneys also handle wrongful death suits. The attorney can not reveal what they discussed but obviously it had to do with the insurance policy payoff because GG and JB admit GG discussing it with this attorney. So what was GG so worried about that he had to consult a personal injury attorney????? jmo

I agree. It is fine for the kids to support their father. They can go to interviews with him, be supportive. But they do not need to stand up behind him on national television. They are just kids and they do not know exactly what happened. Only what their dad has told them probably.

But the kids need to go to school every day. They do not need to be personally mixed up with this mess by standing up 'in defense' of this mans questionable actions.

Very strange indeed, but then a lot of strange things have been said by "witnesses".

Well, they do say "Truth is stranger than fiction".
