I wasn't talking about the comments on the site, I didn't even read the comments - the article is by what is called a "complainer", not a reporter, and definitely not MSM. I wasn't aware that opinion pieces/blogs, were allowed to be discussed as fact. It's difficult enough to find facts in MSM pieces :)

Since the referenced blog accused these two women of being cons, I simply wanted a more reliable link or source than just someone's opinion. YNWIM?

Labeling the mother and daughter "cons", is ridiculous, imo. Whoever wrote this article is just mouthing off it appears, for no good reason other than to try to shed a negative light on someone other than GG. I don't agree with the mother promoting her teenage daughter in a sexually provocative way whatsoever. Irresponsible, shallow, immoral, absolutely. I just don't get the "con" association. It reminds me of Patsy Ramsey dressing her little girl, Jon Benet, up like a grown woman in a nightclub act. PR was a lot of things including morally reprehensible, imo, but that did not make her a "con". JMO

Her friendship alone was worth a million bucks, plus......lol. Funny thing is she got up bright and early the next morning and cooked breakfast for everyone. I said, "don't you have a headache???" She said no I feel great. She may not have had that much, I don't know and was not babysitting her but she acted as if she had just a tad bit too much and considering she was not a drinker we played it safe. jmo

People who have a high tolerance for drinking do not usually have headaches the next morning. She may have been very drunk and not had a hangover, like you would have if you drank that much.

I can't figure out where this information came from, besides a psychic who was sort of quoted in the Herald. Did GG tell the psychic or the media, or what? I thought it was an email... there's not a quote or source for this as far origin of the information - if there is, please tell me where to find it because I will drive myself crazy trying to find it. Seems like her friend said Robyn sent a text or email to that effect to get out of an unpleasant situation with friends...I just don't recall where I heard or read this.

You know, I can't remember now but I have the impression it was reported as a text on her phone found by LE, along with her message to RF. But I may have it wrong. I do know it was reported along with the information about them ordering two bloody mary's at the airport before they left. jmo

I don't know but she was a happy as a duck. She did tell us thanks for not letting her go down to the beach because she said she did not remember saying that. I do know she was not a drinker because her ex was an alcoholic and she never had anything in her home because of her teens and I knew her pretty well and never saw her drinking. Of course she was in Aruba without the kids. lol

Not directed at your post but I find this interesting. Let's face it some men enjoy dating lots of women. Nothing wrong with it and no one seems to think there is anything wrong with it. So why is it different when it comes to women? RF may think he was her boyfriend but she may not have felt the same way. She may have viewed him as a close personal friend. She certainly did not text RF and ask...."get me out of here". jmo

I agree that it's no different when it comes to women choosing to date more than one guy. I just think she had to think of RF as more than a friend or she wouldn't have texted him "I love you, etc." Hey, maybe I'm just

On the other hand, she obviously wasn't that committed to him either.

And it is possible to love someone but not want to live with them. Some men are way too restrictive and do not allow their partner any freedom. She may have felt their relationship was too restrictive. Many women do not like to be told what to do, how to dress, where they can go, how much they can drink, etc. This may not have been the type of relationship she wanted to commit to. I can understand that.

In one of the articles it was reported that RF stated he knew RG was "promiscuous". So he knew she was seeing other men. jmo

I have a very bad feeling that this case is just going to go cold. The only thing that will keep it alive, ironically, will be if GG tries to cash in on that insurance policy. imoo

And doesn't it look worse for him if he doesn't cash it in. lol

Yes. They are from a beach party the night before that took place up in the high rise area near Holiday Inn and in back of the Marriett. jmo

<respectfully snipped>
This is off topic, but a child of alcoholic parents would beg to differ with this statement. Alcoholism is not a club whose membership is exclusive to drinkers, not by any means - many are forced to join.

Oh you are so right about them being forced to join "the club". What I was talking about though was the "mentality" of the "alcoholic cannot be understood, unless you are one yourself. The Children and those who love that alcoholic are forced to "live with the behavior" Never quite understanding the "thinking" behind it. It is a sickness, and it not only effects the body, but infiltrates the mind .

Exactly right, the "mentality" is hard to understand because it is not mental, it's physical. Alcoholics only know one thing, they are married to the bottle and nothing else matters. Not sure how the subject came up, but it is a sickness like no other, and has such long reaching and devastating consequences, I, for the life of me, have never figured out why it's still legal.

My theory:

Premeditation: GG feels if trip doesn't go as he would like it to, Aruba is the place to dispense of RG. Plus, he would be able to collect $.

RG enrages GG so he kills her. Yet, he had imbibed too much to be able to pull off an adequate cover-up (a "perfect crime").

Hopefully, they get him.

So are you saying that GG just planned this elaborate "insurance scam/murder" as "he was going along" . So within a few days he was able to plan a trip that would garner him 1.5 million dollars in insurance money he would acquire from the "planned" murder of whomever he could beg to accompany him to a island he had never been before and it happened to be poor RG. Wow, as I write this it actually seems less likely that he murdered anyone, least of all Robyn.:twocents:

I personally don't think it was a "planned" murder - I believe and jmo that he got pizzed at her over something - maybe the texts to her boyfriend, RF... and just lost it, killing her... dumping her probably over that cliff on the east side!

JMHO! :seeya:

But why would he lie on the insurance application that she was his partner. He knew enough to put partner down or they would not have accepted it. jmo
