I find it interesting that GG took all of these vacations, and yet he went to court seeking the lowering of his child support payments.

I wonder if his ex-wives knew that he was going to make his sons stand up there behind him on national television.

I'm sure GG is knowledgeable of data deletion and that it's retrievable. How do we know he didnt just completely replace his HD with a new one.

  • #483
That area where GG said they entered the water, I'm guessing that people use that same area to spearfish. Lots of rocks but very accessable although shallow at first and then a reef. Then probably drops way off becoming very deep. Maybe even some type of sunken ship down there and sort of a ledge before it drops off more deeply.

Only my opinion of course and should not be taken as fact.

It would not have been him, lol. He was in jail in Aruba. jmo

I find it hard to believe she expected them to be on tv and I'm sure she had no control over what he did with them at the time. Didn't she claim to be a victum of his abuse and that he once threw his son to the ground in a rage? Not knowing the family dynamics it is hard to say but under normal circumstances I can't see a mom agreeing to letting them participating. jmo

I see, Your saying his HD was wiped clean while he was in Aruba, at least allegedly. I was thinking whatever he did was done before he left for Aruba.
So do you think he had an accomplice or could it have been done remotely? TIA

There are ways to completely zero data from a hard drive.

Most lay people call low level formatting and/or partition deletion a complete zeroing which is not the case.

Even sectors that have been zeroed and new data overwritten on top will not erase this data.

But one must not get confused with the difference between cacheing of pics and/or data sent over the WWW, be that in any form and data residue on a HD.

These are completely 2 different things completely.

In short, anything sent over the WWW, be that e-mail or any other means, will forever be there in some form.

A HD that has been completely physically destroyed will be the only way that data could not be retrieved in some form, which incidently may be retrieved but not accessed.

This is not a point open to debate with me, trust me on that.

I don't know that anyone is confused about the difference between data and pictures sent over the Internet and data/pictures stored on a hard drive, at least I hope not.

Zeroed data can still be retrieved by forensic programs. You're right, even a sledge hammer won't do it, my comment was tongue-in-cheek.

Right, the data has been....overwritten, not erased.

My point was, and I did have one, GG's computer would still render information even if he deleted it. He was computer savvy, so my guess would be he saved the pictures on flash or an external hard drive, not his computer. I'm not sure if saving to a flash/external hard drive can be traced on the computer...?

Exactly, good point. If I may expound - he almost tearfully lost it talking about never seeing his sons again because he may go to prison for life, yet he wanted to alter their lifestyle by lowering their child support thereby enhancing his own.

I keep seeing his sons standing in the background and the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 "I got your back" exchange between father and sons during the ABC interview. Wth?

A large majority of the worlds population are not only confused about these aspects, most try to suggest they are experts, good money for me, especially when there is a teenage son and/or a husband who is an expert and have used their over active minds and compulsively over eager fingers to apply their expertise.

Would data from an absent Hard Drive or Memory Stick ( known as a Flash Drive if you are a flashy American :waitasec: ) be recoverable from the computer/laptop that sent it there ?

No the actual files won't be recoverable however what will be recoverable would be what was sent to this absent Flashy Drive in the form of the Name or Names of files and/or Directories ( also known as Folders if you are "you know what" ).

Not sure why GG thought he was going to be in jail for life:

"The minimum sentence is 1 day, the maximum is 15 years. Murder sentences can be extended to 20 years. A life sentence may be imposed for murder or manslaughter with aggravating circumstances, although this is rare."

I believe I heard that they do serve there full sentences there, not like here.....sentenced to 30 years and out in 8....lol

Not talking about files ever saved to the computer...stands to reason those would be there. When I hook my phone or camera up to download images, I have a choice of where to save them - I always save to my external hard drive....you're saying when I name the file, that action is recoverable? I think only if there's a keylogger on my computer

Yes. I remember them saying had Joran admitted that she died accidently and they panicked and got rid of the body that he would have served very little time. But for him to do that he would have had to implicate others, including his father IMO, for surely he did not bring NH body out to sea by himself. jmo

Here's something, you go to a rocky murky place and cut your foot on the rocks and then go in the water even though sharks could be in the water?

Maybe Jaws scared the crap out of me but I would not be going in water where there could be sharks if I was bleeding.

I do believe that this could be a tragic accident but there has to be more to this story that we don't know.

The manner in which he ran around banging on doors makes no sense to me. If it took you that long to get back to the restaurant I'd be screaming my head off for anyone because the longer it took the more likely she'd have drowned. It would take just minutes for a boat to go out to look for her so I would think that would be his motivation.

Nor am I talking about files ever saved to the computer.

The "action" is saved, although hidden, not the file or its contents.

In other words, an expert, with the necessary program, would be able to deduce that at some stage (date, time, name, location etc) a device with a name of (whatever that device is called) had downloaded to it or from it, a file with such a name.

Every action is logged on a computer, this is not seen by the user even in the visable log files.
These logs are hidden in hidden folders deep within the root of the system.

There are ways to remove and wipe these logs but only experts such as me are able to perform this function.

Ya gotta go deep within the bowels of the system and remove, alter, replace, split, certain registery keys, values, binery values etc.

Try it, type REGEDIT.EXE in the RUN command on your START MENU !

Fiddle and play and then Pay ! LOL

I don't suggest you do it unless you want to full the coffers of people like me. LOL

Yes. Kind of sets off your "hinky meter" doesn't it. According to LE there was a boat out there that GG claims he did not see. I would think LE interviewed the person on the boat. Bet they didn't see anything unusual in the water, if they saw anything at all. jmo

Then if he saved them elsewhere, at least the action will be there.

This is indeed so.

I am understood !

Are you pulling little LambChoppy's leg? You are joking with me, right?????

I am not joking.

The whole beach location has been something that was unclear from the beginning.

The first reports claimed they went swimming behind the former Nanki Country Club.
Then it was mentioned Robyn allegedly drowned while snorkeling at Baby Beach.
Then it was mentioned they had went swimming at Rodgers beach.
Then it was mentioned they went swimming between Rogers Beach and Baby Beach.
Then two months later someone made a video of "rocky point" and since then it has been assumed that is where Giordano claims they went snorkeling.

You said the whole area is the same (as in rocks) but how then does that fit witnesses who have seen them walking the shoreline, if it is just jagged rocks how could Robyn walk the shoreline there on high heels or barefoot?
Then there are witnesses who claim the towels of Robyn and Giordano were on the beach and her dress aside from the towels on the beach, if it is all rocks how could anyone be lying there even when using a towel?

You keep referring to Babybeach while as far as I know they were at the southern part of Rodgers Beach, that is not just rocks, there are area's of rocks, but since there are area's of sand too, why does ABC show the rocks only, why would anyone assume they must have walked over these jagged rocks while they could have walked in the sand?

Then I see footage of the re enactment, and I see no rocks, it is green and sand in the re enactment.

Here is a picture of the area, you have been there, can you point out to me where in your opinion they went into the sea? TIA
