Well let's put it this way the only way ANYONE will ever know with certainty is if the body of Robyn Gardner is found anywhere other than what would be consistent with a drowning. Since that is what GG has said, until there is proof(other than red flags) she was murdered, than I can only speak for myself, but the answer would be, YES, I have to believe it was an accident. Red flags and inconsistencies are not proof. They are what they are, red flags and inconsistencies. End of story. Agree?

Good point, if a body was washed up or retrieved from that water that would back up GG's story, if on the other hand it was found in a cave or anywhere away from water, then he is in the smelly stuff..

It really, really is a small island with not many place to hide a body. GG apparently expected RG to be found in the water so that is probably where she ended up. It's very hot there and with the wind I would imagine a decomposing body would be found fairly quickly. jmo

i would not know Lambchop, but if they both left in the car as has been witnessed, she has got to be somewhere, anywhere, a refuse tip, some previously prepared place who knows..

It is perplexing, but Natalee never showed back up either.

Murder cases are built on inconsistencies....you know why? Simple, the truth never changes. Period.

Just one thing about this insurance that bothers me

If he set this up, to murder her and collect on the insurance, why would he tell LE she had been drinking and taking sleeping pills?

If he planned this, why would he make the policy void with one statement?

In his ABC interview, he said they were a "sober couple". His faux attorney/media relations person, Baez, probably helped him with the clarification....IMO.

There are places off the coast of the island which have tides that go outward and are very deep. People say that if she was dropped off a bluff on the other side of the island, most likely, she would have drifted away and not be found.

But the place that he said she drowned is NOT a place that she would have disappeared. In that area, most likely, she would have drifted back in or been found close by. Which is one main reason that the authorities do not believe his story.

This is where I am.

Just a theory I have for now

We know that they knew each other and better then most friends know each other,
They met on match.com - they went out a few times as friends - how is that knowing each other better than most friends know each other? Do you mean in a "different" way than most friends?
anyway
She loved to be photographed and he loved photographing her, I think he took it too far and there was an accident.
Took the photography too far? This is why she was killed? How do you die from being photographed?
I don't know if she was in the water or not it doesn't matter to me. They are both adults and she was there with him under a lie to her boyfriend.
She was broken up with Forester. There were rumors that he, Forester, was responsible for her broken arm months before the trip to Aruba. Maybe she was afraid to tell him the truth. I know she texted him, but maybe this was a way for her to abate his anger once he found out the truth?
She didn't have a job and probably needed the money.
What money?
I for one did not believe that he "took" out insurance and then killed her he is not a prize but he's not stupid, it came with the tickets, so what if he did bump it up, why not. I will say that chances are he knows what happened to her.
He faxed and snail mailed copies of the insurance documents a week prior to their leaving and then called to make sure the copies were received - seems like it was pretty important to him.

THANK YOU. I have bought many vacation trips over the years and NEVER had life insurance 'come with the ticket purchase', never.

Adressing an old rumor here, which claimed Giordano's swim short was completely dry, Giordano himself while interviewed said it was wet.

I made stills from the security camera footage of Giordano allegedly just coming out of the sea, and posting pictures below it from later that evening:

Shorts don't look wet to me. And he does not look that upset to me either. He looks kind of 'matter of fact' ---- does not look like his good friend has just drowned, imo.

The police said his shorts were dry shortly after he called them. There was also a witness who said his shorts were dry. They had a pretty good vantage point IMO.

Really strange that anyone would go in the ocean to "snorkel" with leather athletic shoes on. While Robyn went "snorkeling" barefoot.

So, he claims he was in the ocean with these big heavy athletic shoes on, and was being "weighted" down by them, to the point that he was having a hard time in the water. Hmmm, no wonder. The question is, why would this so called experienced scuba diver/snorkeler have gone in the ocean with these gigantic, heavy shoes in the first place. Even a complete novice would know better than that, imo. This for certain is a Big Red Flag, imo.

So, if he indeed went "snorkeling" with his shoes on as he claimed, then ran through the dirt / sandy beach to the restaurant, then where are the wet, muddy, sandy footprints on these tiled floors? I just don't see anything on those floors that resembles wet footprints, sand, dirt, debris, etc. Not to mention, his shoes look so white and clean. :waitasec: As far as his suit, impossible to tell in the photos, jmo.

Give ma a break - Giordano's Linkedin says he was a consultant to the Red Cross for 12 years - and he was ok with taking a drugged, barefoot woman snorkeling. I had to check and recheck that I had the right Giordano. Wow

Well, normally he would have a problem with a drugged drunk woman going snorkeling for the first time after taking an Ambien. But not in this case, because he had a million and a half dollar life insurance policy out on her, so it was worth a shot.

You're serious? Consultant for what, how to be a ''deer mask" stalker who steals Playstations from Target stores? I can just see it now, him with his Red Cross white coat and emblem, his original Gary Giordano Deer Mask, and his cart load of Playstations in the Target parking lot. Then that deer in the headlight look on his face when he got caught .... :floorlaugh:

Hey, maybe that's where he got the idea for the deer mask.

Does anyone else find it odd that both RF and GG are in the recruiting business?
