Journalists staking out the house of an Adelaide woman questioned over the alleged murders of Karlie Pearce-Stevenson and her daughter, Khandalyce Pearce, have been pelted with eggs by her boyfriend.

All of the effort those poor chickens put in to laying those eggs and that is the thanks they get? I bet they weren't even free range eggs

I wouldn't blame anyone for getting mad with media staking out their house because they can be very intrusive at times, but I feel like they're taunting Hazel and her partner in a way. I wonder why police haven't told them to back off?

Here in Canada, bank cards don't expire. It must be different in Oz?

I've had to make a little timeline about what's known about the use of Karlie's identity:

June 2010 a woman in a wheelchair impersonating Ms Pearce-Stevenson attended Australian Central Credit Union at Elizabeth to update banking records

August 2010 Remains of Angel (Karlie) found in Belanglo forest

Dec 2010 a woman presented herself to continue Centrelink benefits

1/1/2011 KP Drilling created under Karlie's name

early 2011 welfare payments were stopped because of an 'issue'

mid 2011 phone stopped being used

2011 Neighbours reportedly claim Holdom and HP left their Hillbank house suddenly

March 2012 bank account last accessed

January 2013 Holdom found with expired bank card

2015 bank account closed because of inactivity.

June? 2015 suitcase left by side of road near Wynarka

July 15 2015 remains of suitcase girl (Khandalyce) discovered by police

Sept 30, 2015 KP Drilling ABN cancelled.

I'm betting the SA police are in no hurry to move the press on from Hazels abode..... the more the nutso 'carer' throws himself about , the more pressure Our Hazel is under.. Hazel , in my opinion , has a lot of questions still unanswered, the main one being ,if she is as pure as the driven snow, does she have any clue as to who would be inclined to impersonate her in a wheelchair to fool Centrelink that they are Karlie??

Seems to me, that Hazel had a deep knowledge and close relationship with Karlie right up until her death, by eerie coincidence , by the one man in Australia she was actually living with and had lived with for sometime!.. absolutely no degree of separation there..

And this lot are so bold, so brazen.. it really takes a lot of cheek to fool Centrelink , there were so many risks to take, she could have run into someone who interviewed her (Hazel) at any time when she was Hazel. After that accident, Hazel would have come under the auspices of the SocialServices in a huge and constant and permanent way... doctors, rehab, living arrangements, assistance of all sorts, financial, psychological, physical, materially, on and on day in , day out. Her face would be quite familiar.

And to actually front up, not only to Centerlink but to the bank with the stolen documents , takes another kind of brazen cheek, too.. not just the ordinary sort that throws eggs around or pushes people out of the road, but real , deep confident determination. These are people, ( I include the eggthrowing nutter in this pack, now, because it is my contention that he is in this thing quite deeply , as far as accessory long after the fact, and withholding information goes ) for whom the ordinary is unthinkable, and the extraordinary is desirable.

The murder of Karlie, and Khandalyce probably is just one example.. there are plenty of young women out there in her position, and this whole event has the air of something so routine, so practiced, so smooth and trouble free that it will surprise the hell out of me if Karlie, and Khandalyce are the only ones. Certainly, going by appearances , the death of these two hasn't caused a ripple of regret in either, or any of them. Far from, it seems to have been relegated to the back of the list.

Wow awesome work, to put this timeline in context, the Unidentified bones of Angel were found in Belango in August 2010. The unsub must have felt worried at this point, was she or was She not going to be identified? Yet evidently continues to use phone and card to defraud.

maybe whats why the lady in the wheel chair went to the bank , to up date address etc , plus , remember that the bank changed names , IMO , DJH , may have had the new card as IMO , it was the card that the police destroyed .

The attendance at the bank / credit union to update details was in June 2010 -- roughly 2.5 years before police found the expired card (expiry date not stated in reports).

My card is good for 3 years (don't know whether that is standard for all banks / credit unions).

I wonder if HP will be returning to her home?
I drove past there this morning and it is still teaming with press crews but the house and driveway are empty.
Nobody seems to have seen her since yesterday.

There are 2 cars in the driveway and 2 news vans....
