All in my opinion, unless from personal observation, phrased as a question or where a reference is provided.
according to the bank withdrawals' on Karlies account, Holdom, almost immediately upon murdering Karlie, shouts himself quite a long tour around Australia in the hottest months, too..
The police say, with a fair amount of determination, that Karlie was murdered 15/12/2008
Cash out of her account, on the 16/12 and the 19th, at Charnwood and Deakin ACT..
then he leaves Canberra because on the 22nd he and the card are in Broadview, SA. The card stays there with the holder of it, I presume ,until the 6th January. A Xmas break in Broadview, then off again, on the 6th of Jan, 2009.. now this is the long haul to Alice Springs.. stop for a fillup on Karlie's card at Coober Pedy , SA on the 6/1/09, then on to Alice arriving at least on the 7th , use Karlies card in Alice, then on the 10th of January back in Broadview, using the card again.
Some mileage figures... Deakin ACT to Broadview SA = 1172.1
Broadview to Coober Pedy....= 840.6
Coober Pedy to Alice Springs = 688.2
Alice Springs to Broadview = 1526.5
and then the trip back to Canberra......................... =1172.1
All up, that's 5398.3 klms... of those, 3052.0 klms were done in 3 days.
I don't think it's possible that he had Khandalyce with him on that journey. (a) he would have been very noticeable, a young man travelling alone with a small child, .. (b) I don't think he could keep up the speed for that distance without stopping a lot and attending to a baby. Not saying it couldn't happen, but it would have been difficult in spades. I recall that mad man from WA who snatched his little son and drove clear across to Coober Pedy, so it can be done, I guess... but he stopped at places for quite a while along the way.
This time schedule doesn't allow any stopping time at all. Not even nap times. Has anyone done anything like this distance in this time frame?? I haven't. I've taken days to do it, clear across the USA, but that took me 3 weeks.... I have never been able to cope with corn since then. It once took me 17 hours from Melbourne to Brisbane, but that was in a top notch car and two drivers.
I wonder if he hired a vehicle again for this journey in summer. Hard driving in that weather on both car and driver. I don't see how he could have of his own, a late model highpowered car..
Maybe Khandalyce was dropped off at whomsoever's at Broadview, and picked up on the way back. Who? why? Who lives, or lived at Broadview, or Enfield, or Prospect or around there?
I worked with it.
I couldn't find much of a link but perhaps:

page 326, Administrative data. Book published in 2003.
I don't know, at what point a 12 months driving ban after a car crash would have set in?
Presumably almost from the date of the accident, which rules DH out as the driver.
You need more then just an ABN for that. It's actually harder to get credit with just abn as opposed to an actual employment history. You need a few years worth of business accounts. Also pretty sure if you have an ABN you can get things like fuel cards enabling you to pay later
Imo
I think it's pretty safe to say that whoever registered an ABN with Karlie's identity did it to either hide income or commit fraud. The devil in that detail will be revealed in court hopefully if they ever get to charge someone.

It might just be me not being a native English speaker. But to me it sounds like that you are convinced that DH for a fact was the person that used Karlie's bank card right after her death and then travelled back to Adelaide.
You can't know that for sure.
If police are saying that there was at least one man and two women involved in the identity fraud, you don't know who did which transaction.
However, police know that a man and at least two women have been responsible for the financial transactions and have lived at, or been associated with, homes in Davoren Park, Hillbank, Holden Hill and Charnwood, Canberra.

Who was driving, where was Khandalyce at the time?
How and when did DH get to Canberra? With whom? With Karlie? In another vehicle?
Was he driving? Wasn't he driving? Was he allowed to drive? If he wasn't, did he stick to it? Who was using karlie's bank card? A man or a woman? WHEN did DH return to Adelaide? In which vehicle? Where was Karlie's car? If Karlie's car was left in Canberra (I don't know if it actually was), there must have been another car to return to Canberra. And on and on.
Your story sounds like it must have been DH doing all these things. Only thing you're not sure of is wether there was a second driver, he did or he didn't hire a car and if Khandyce was with DH or not.
I don't think you can know all that.
