Little William from NSW could have been buried in a grave also - my thoughts at a certain time. You know: unsolved until today. In the case of a concealed but accidental death, what better place to hide a body than in a prior grave?
They’re talking about the siege which Daily Mail wrote about months ago. It’s take 7 News a while to catch on. IMOSo am I understanding correctly that there was another major crime at the same homestead in 2009? Does it involve anyone involved in Gus' case? That news clip only spoke briefly about a woman who was taken hostage there.
That trick doesn't work well when the prior grave is over 100 years old.In the case of a concealed but accidental death, what better place to hide a body than in a prior grave?
I don't really understand this thinking. It has always been my experience that major flood waters wash things away. Not flush them out to the surface. Anyway, I hope they find something soon. Justice needs to be done for this sweet little boy and his parents.![]()
Rain might bring 'new opportunities' in search for missing boy Gus Lamont
SA Police officers continue their resumed search for missing four-year-old Gus Lamont after returning to Oak Park Station in Yunta.www.abc.net.au
"Police said recent heavy rain in the region could offer new opportunities in the search effort.
"The recent significant weather event with the rain up there is leading to assessing what other new opportunities might exist in relation to searching, but the current searching was planned," Acting Officer in Charge of Major Crime Andrew Macrae said."
I think from watching the presser, the police spokesperson said they were planning to go there anyway. IMOI don't really understand this thinking. It has always been my experience that major flood waters wash things away. Not flush them out to the surface. Anyway, I hope they find something soon. The police could not have ruled out kidnapping for quite awhile. They did an investigation before coming to that determination. We don't know if the family was asked to share photos with the public by LE, so we don't know if the family declined to do so for LE. We only know that parents could release photos of their own child if they wanted to, and LE could not compel them either way. Personally, I find it odd that the parents chose not to release photos, but there is no evidence they refused to, against LE request. Personally, I don't get a good feeling from their decision not to release photos, but there is no reason to think LE "asked" them to, and other reasonable people think it is not suspicious because of the geography.
Releasing photos only makes sense in a kidnapping scenario. If the police had ruled that out, I'm not sure why they would have an interest in the family releasing photos to the public, nor would they ask the family to do so.
I wonder if there was a fresh patch of cement found nearby in the initial searches?I spy a cement mixer…..

I think I remember seeing one in the very first photos around the dirt pile he was playing in, the rickety looking trampoline & the huge trench.I spy a cement mixer…..
