I wonder if the lady has been manipulating the people around her for her entire life.

Raelene Polymiadis, accused of murdering her parents, released from jail for a second time

An Adelaide woman accused of murdering her 94-year-old parents by injecting them with her own insulin has been released from jail for a second time, after prosecutors withdrew a bail review.

The Justice system has allowed her bail, yet again. To the point where the prosecutors had to appeal the bail conditions.

They can now hold her for 72 hours while the Supreme Court hears and makes a decision on her bail conditions.

It is explained in this Advertiser article. Along with the info that after two nights in jail (Friday & Saturday), she was back in hospital for 5 hours on Sunday night due to (as per her lawyer) the City Watchhouse disregarding the administration of her medication.

From a free article .... (there is video of her re-arrest, she is even wearing an ankle bracelet but still felt it was okay to go out and about while on "strict" home detention)

Despite hearing the allegations of the bail breaches, the magistrate who heard the case granted Polymiadis bail again.
Prosecutors appealed, so in the next 72 hours Polymiadis will remain in custody until she goes to the Supreme Court where she'll argue for her freedom again.

the prosecutors had it right i believe with "eating sugar-y foods to induce medical episodes".
the link on previous page also alleges she scattered her father's medication around him to make it look like he overdosed on some sort of benzodiazepine (had different aust. name to US or UK name i believe)

this is just ridiculous now...!! guess the appearance of mom & grandmother is helping distract the court from the fact she killed a mom & grandmother, and a father & grandfather...

Thanks Toots. Well, so now Mrs P realises that she can do anything she wants, with no repercussions! She's probably just booked a holiday somewhere, what's to stop her?

She's been charged with murder, she hasn't been tried yet.

it seems pretty damning to me, especially her testing the boundaries of her ankle bracelet (i.e. planning an escape route i think!!) but this is my opinion...

Wilful defiance, disrespect and self importance. She disgusts me.

I must say that if I was out on bail pending being tried for the murder of my parents, and particularly if I was innocent, I would be keeping my head down, and not playing ducks and drakes with the law. It is not a good look.

I think "entitled" sums it all up, and explains everything.

IMO this person's consciousness and behaviour are seriously disturbed.

As if in a delusional state in which this person believes that she is a kind of victim of others/Justice system

She seems to absolutely reject the accusations and behaves accordingly.

.Another article here ....

Today, the prosecution asked the Adelaide Magistrates Court to revoke bail on the murder charges.

The prosecution said correctional services have now put procedures in place to ensure Ms Polymiadis's diabetes could be safely managed in prison.

The prosecutor said Ms Polymiadis was "extremely fortunate" to have been given bail while facing two murder charges, but had shown a disregard for the terms of her home detention conditions and had lied to authorities.

Magistrate Karim Soetratma dismissed the application, noting that the prison's improved ability to deal with Ms Polymiadis's medical condition did not constitute a reason, in itself, to revoke bail to someone who had been granted bail.

Mystery temple trips in spotlight at Raelene Polymiadis bail hearing

Behind a paywall. I think. Posting it here for those who subscribe.

She has been popping out all over the place while on strict home detention (according to the article).

The Buddhist temple
A cactus shop
A shopping centre
Her marital home (to "tidy up")
Her former workplace to return a uniform

She wouldn't answer calls from the authorities (her podiatrist told her not to  )

She argued with them (the police) and said that because she was allowed outside when she was in the prison, she should be allowed outside while she is on home detention.

It seems one of the places she was not to go to was her family home.
But it was found that she went back there to tidy up.

Oops sorry South, I didn't read down far enough to see you''d posted the "tidy up" bit.

Maybe her lawyer is a podiatrist on the side :)

Could this lady possibly be any more entitled?

A woman accused of murdering her elderly parents by allegedly injecting them with her own medication has indicated she will fight breach of bail charges against her.

Ms Polymiadis did not comment outside of court, and her husband, who jostled with media after the last hearing, left the court separately.

She was remanded on home detention and is due to face court again in May.
