I hope they got the right guys because I felt a deep sense of pleasure seeing them grabbed and dragged like they probably did with poor Chris.

Good job NSW police.

They're going home in the back of a divvy van!

Dear lord, just looking at those two should tell any crime lord they would screw things up. What pathetic specimens.

Both living in some of Sydney’s best middle class family suburbs, in the Hills district. Neither look like experienced crims. Sadly, their inexperience resulted in the loss of life of an innocent man. If they’re guilty, I hope they rot in hell.

No kidding. If you’re going to outsource your dirty work, verify their resume first and get good personal references.

They didn’t even bother to pull that one guy’s pants up, they made him stumble in his skivvies. +1

Well done NSW Police. Great to see impressive action. I hope this serves as a reminder for the wannabe crims, technology is improving police outcomes. And remember, you too could be spread across the news looking like morons. The Police certainly didn’t hide embarrassing images. I bet they’re enjoying that aspect of a successful case.

All due respect for family and friends, I hoped they would let the poor man go, as soon as they realised he was the wrong target. Very very sad outcome.

I thought that was a really nice touch. They don't always release this type of body cam footage, but I think the taskforce did this for a reason, for the community to see them been walked to their fate. I think they are going to be afraid of who's on the inside of the prison rather than the duration of their sentence if found guilty.

BBM: Their actions confirm the same

1. Turn up to the kidnapping location, CCTV -1 wearing a high Vis shirt, kidnap the wrong person.......oops
2. Take victim to abandoned house, leaving forensic evidence ........fail 😨
3. Send videos to the family of the intended kidnapping ( obviously not aware that they have already stuffed up ) , who contact police........... It's getting bad now
4. Leave car on a street for ? days & than go back & try & torch it, failing miserably & leaving more forensic evidence & tying you to the house & victim ( bit of a dead give away a roll of mostly unburnt carpet from the house) ............. huge mistake, massive fail 😧
5. Dump the body in the worst spot possible.........😵‍💫

They probably still have the devices they filmed the victim on & sent messages etc too

Master criminals they are not, but they still were capable of allegedly ending a innocent 85yr old man's life.

Throw away the keys

It's all so senseless 😡

All IMO

This is one of the times I’ve wished that Australia had the death penalty. I hope these 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 get whole life.

RIP, Chris. This never should have happened.

When you've reached 85, you've no doubt already had a few things to overcome in life. You should be allowed to end your days in peace and comfort. RIP Chris. 😘

I do feel a little sorry for 'Mr Baggy Pants" man's family/freind and young children having to witness that though.

Hopefully it will keep them on the straight and narrow.
