What a waste of time and taxpayer dollars. This makes me so angry, another violent criminal not taking responsibility for what theyve done.
IMO this will not get overturned. Cowan led them to Daniels remains. No matter how that came about, the fact is that he knew exactly where he was because he was the one that murdered him and you cant just ignore that. Kudos to all of those involved in the Mr Big sting, because had they had only got a confession and no body, i think this appeal may have had a chance.
