Faulconbridge mother faces fresh delay after allegedly stabbing two sons to death
“The deaths of two boys just over a year ago brought a close-knit Blue Mountains community to a standstill.
A Blue Mountains mother has now spent over a year in custody on remand, after she allegedly murdered her two children.
The 42-year-old was arrested in September last year, after her two boys aged 11, and nine, were found in their beds with multiple stab wounds at their Faulconbridge home.
Magistrate Brian Van Zuylen was told more time is needed to review material from a psychiatrist before the matter can proceed.
A five week adjournment was granted.
The woman will next appear in court on October 31.”
