Australia - Girls Ordered to Spend Weekends with Sex Offender Father

  • #21
Bio Mom can seek asylum-the US is setting precedents for those who fear physical and sexual abuse or violence....I would do that if only because it would 6Months+ before the girls could be forced to have unsupervised visits with this man....

If the judge has a daughter or granddaughter, he should consider letting the girls have a sleepover. Nothing could happen, right, because they could lock the door?

Im fking nauseous over this & thats probably the most coherent statement I can make!!!
This Mother has my support for causing parental alienation & committing a custodial kidnapping!!!!!

I expected to open this thread and see a better form of supervised visitation, and NO overnights whatsoever with Dad. I can't believe the judge ruled as he did. These girls should NEVER be with dad unsupervised and the requirement of an adult having to be there for overnights- a joke. Locks on their doors, another joke. What happens in case of a fire?

This is a horrible ruling. This judge, if he has daugthers should let HIS kids spend time with this man... Would he let his daughters go? ARGH!

I am speechless. Except to say that Judge Robert Benjamin needs a swift kick in the rear...and a reality check if he doesn't think he's just set two innocent girls up for a lifetime of certain trauma.

OMG!! Is this judge insane? :banghead:

VB
My thoughts exactly...I have no clue how so many of these judges get their job. :furious: :furious: :furious:
But then again we have become a country of paying people off with favors and ethics no more. I am sickened by that.:banghead:

this is a freaking joke right?

this is the most absurd thing i've ever heard of.....and given this guy dowloads kiddie 🤬🤬🤬🤬, any 'adult' he has at the house is probably a pedo like he is.......grrrrrrrrrrrrr then he essentially puts two little girls saftey as there own responsibilty.....no you stupid moron..........yourthe judge, you make them safe by not putting them with this sicko :(

I wish it was a joke, but sadly not :(
I am sick by the justice system of today.
The government of many years has deteriorated to such a point that "A" holes are running our justice system.

Like someone said in the comments at the article, if a mother sent her children to spend the night with a sex offender that she knew was a sex offender, we would either lock her up, take her kids or at least call for her head on a platter.

This woman has to do it or she'll go to jail.

I don't care that it's not a U.S. case. It's setting precedent.

And then imagine that mother having the audacity to say with a straight face "I told them to lock the door at night and to share a room to lessen the chance". She would be shredded.

These poor girls. Even if you go to unlikely theory that this man never harms his own children, what does it do to their psyche to go every other weekend to a place where they have buddy system and lock up at night so they aren't injured by someone they are suppose to trust. That will be great for them.

Plus, can you imagine either of these girls ever being able to have friends over there to play or to have a sleep-over?
I'm sure their parents would have no problems sending them over to play where the girls have to stay together so they can protect each other from their father and have a good lock on their bedroom door.

Maybe this judge can send his children or grandchildren to be their playmates! :furious:

I just went through the sex offender registry for Australia, searched the location that this court is in, and filtered for people who pleaded guilty in that approximate time frame for possessing, accessing and duplicating this material, there is only one match. If it is the same person he is 32 and worked in an elementary school where he drilled holes in the bathroom and took images of the children while they were disrobing.

impatientredhead I'm from Australia and I'm wondering how you searched for this offender? In Australia the general Public are NOT provided with access to Sex Offender Registries by the Federal or State government/s.. I would love to be able to access this information.

It is not an intuitive site, but you can search by name, location or gender of the offender.

I don't get the point of a registry that is not easily accessible to the public, but it looks like someone is trying to make it accessible.

PS- I don't know that I found the same one, but filtered for the location of the court house, date, and using an f5 search on the page for the crime he was convicted of there is only one match.

This is a sick country when fathers gather trying to assert their rights and end up backing a pedophile. The judge may be educated but he's as ignorant as they come. The mom and girls should get to thinking like all the psychopaths involved even if it means making some allegations after the visits. Kids today are too controlled by the law and others. I'd have run away and taken my younger sibling with me before I'd have been forced to sleep or stay with a pedophile for years, even if I ended up in Juvie. That would at least be safer and better company.

Most of our judges are smart enough to put a gag order in place so this kinda stuff doesn't get out. IMO

  • #39
I really don't know which is worse...a pedophile man wanting his daughters for overnight visits OR a judge that orders these visits take place!

These girls NEED help NOW.
