Australia - Girls Ordered to Spend Weekends with Sex Offender Father

  • #41
Anyone know if we can start a petition?

Something should be done. Not just talk. This is not right. This is outrageous. No child should have to FEAR being raped by an adult, especially there own father who is publicly known as a pedophile. I want to go rip his adulthood off for even thinking about molesting children. Sick...

Honestly... this is just wrong.

This is a sick country when fathers gather trying to assert their rights and end up backing a pedophile. The judge may be educated but he's as ignorant as they come. The mom and girls should get to thinking like all the psychopaths involved even if it means making some allegations after the visits. Kids today are too controlled by the law and others. I'd have run away and taken my younger sibling with me before I'd have been forced to sleep or stay with a pedophile for years, even if I ended up in Juvie. That would at least be safer and better company.

Substitute country for world.

I don't know why any Fathers rights groups would support such a thing, unless they were willing to allow THEIR DAUGHTERS to sleep over at this dads - who deserves his rights - home.

Sadly, there is a side of the coin out there with fathers rights groups who did nothing but complain when Sean Goldman was reunited with his father. Instead of seeing a small step towards progress, the glass was far less than half full as positively as I can express those thoughts. It's sad but for some fathers, they gave up on their cause to progress the movement against women who have extreme hatred towards men.... and there are mothers who do the same....

and sadly some children will be lost, as usual, when it comes to common sense on remembering this is ABOUT THE KIDS and not about the war between the genders.

Lotsa stuff on this judge

Judge punishes mother for allowing children to be angry with father

“Be careful, take the time, hope for perfection but acknowledge that you will not achieve it. In practice, some days I believe ‘Hmmm, High Court for me. And others it is more ‘Perhaps there is some less demanding work because I am clearly not up to it’.”

He we have a mother here who has done the right thing and left her husband and removed her children from the situation and the posibility of them being molested by their father. This is the support and thanks she gets.

I would imagine that it took a lot of strength for her to do this. How this poor lady must feel everytime she has to send her daughters to his house is beyond me. (but she is supossed to be reassured that they will be OK as there is a lock on the door and another paedo in the house). Its just completely unbelievable.

This guy should not be a judge if he is making decisions that are obviously putting children in danger. The father has already touched one of them in an inappropiate way. What more is it going to take to convince this "judge" not to allow them to have any contact with their father.

He has a duty to protect these children, he's not doing it. He needs sacking.
