Still missing according to NSW Police social media.

Got to about 13°C last night in the area according to weatherzone, so if he's sheltered somewhere he'll hopefully be perfectly fine physically.

Thanks for posting about James’ disappearance, Eloise. I’m sending prayers for his safe return. It was a full moon last night so visibility would have been good if there was little cloud in the area. Hopefully, James found himself a little hidey-hole to sleep in and searchers will stumble across him today.

"A three-year-old boy has wandered away from a campsite near Mudgee in the NSW Hunter region, with search crews spending the night in bushland looking for him.

James Skillen was last seen about 5pm on Saturday at a campsite with his family who were enjoying an Easter break on a property on Old Ilford Road, Razorback, about 69km south of Mudgee.

An extensive search of the area by police, NSW Ambulance, the Rural Fire Service, SES and the NSW Volunteer Rescue Association hasn't located the child.

Crews have spent the night looking for James in bushland and the search is continuing, a NSW Police spokeswoman woman told AAP on Sunday.

Overnight temperatures dropped to 15 degrees."

Praying James is found alive.

Do llittle kiddies wonder off on their own or do they usually follow someone or something. (Or grabbed)
If this property is used for a shooting/camping weekend then he was last seen at 5pm, that's the perfect time for á shot' he could have wanted to follow 'the men', at times these óut-of-the-way places people go for the long weekends are for shooting or a good booze up, its about an hour from Sydney.
Are there any dams in the area?
Oh I hope this little one is found because when I heard about him this morning I thought instantly of William and then my mind shot to Brett Cowan.

It's 3 or 4 hours from Sydney to Mudgee I think.

He looks a lot like William. An eerie coincidence

I also thought of William and DeOrr.

Not sure the 60cm height description is right though?

Sydney is 9 hours ahead of U.K. time, so if Mudgee is the same then James has been missing approx 17 hours so far.

Just under 18.5 hours. Daylight savings ended in NSW last night which adds an extra hour.

Me too. I just hope James's case doesn't turn out like either.

60cm is quite short if accurate! Just googled average 3yo boy height and it's 88cm-100cm or thereabouts
