Could it be to put pressure on someone that they feel is starting to show signs of cracking?

They've closed the shop. I would've considered selling that house if it was heavy in debt, like why would you leave your children to cope with that chore?
It'd be good to know the law as to what you could sell without the other owner be around...probate or murder, only a good lawyer would know those loopholes.

Whatever words his solicitor chooses, I would imagine. They'll be chosen and constructed very carefully IMO.

When and if he does make a statement. I will be interested in what words and the language he uses.

Im wondering if this is not simply the police shaking the tree to which nuts fall out first.
The footage clearly shows the vehicle going over the railway line .....

so the car is either heading onto the Diggers Rest -Coimadai Road or it could also make a sharp left into Welcome Road where the son lives ......

the station also has camera's pointing out to the car park which would also show the cars/s directions immediately after crossing the railway line..

Yet they have choosen to omit that footage??

Is it because they want the people that are lying...to know they know...

And them watch them scurry like rats on a sinking ship..

That's my thought at this point...

I feel he dropped her off at Diggers (already Deceased) and returned at night and was assisted in the disposal.
He would not have been able to do what he did with her during the day. There are too many possibilities of being seen to be dumping her during the day.
His driving into Diggers was a drop off point to sort out later.

My own opinion of course....

He would not have been able to do what he did with her during the day. There are too many possibilities of being seen to be dumping her during the day.
His driving into Diggers was a drop off point to sort out later.

I agree with this theory. He may have stopped at Gisborne, where Karen's last phone signal was made, dumped her there and come back later with an accomplice. The police searched this area extensively which may have been because some evidence was left here eg scent for cadaver dog to trace.

Karens car caught on cctv at diggers rest at 11:12 and police believe she was hidden in the car.

Critically Mr Ristevski’s phone was switched off for two hours between 10.30am and 2pm.
The information led police to focus their search for Mrs Ristevski in the north-west of Melbourne, urging rural owners to check their properties for any signs of disturbance.

He did initially say he was home all day...ruddy cctv.

So was he trying to implicating his ice addict son.
Surely not just popping in to say hi with Karen hidden in the Merc.
Of course AR could not remember where he was that day but police have confirmed his whereabouts from memory. He was a red herring.

The police currently where not going to confirm it either way today. Not sure if any locals have seen it parked in the shed there.

I'm pretty sure none of our locals have spotted it. Makes you wonder about forensics found in the car if it hasn't been returned.

For sure, if they haven't returned it most likely they have found something they can use.

when talking about contacting the owners of similar cars to determine their whereabouts when the cctv footage was taking.

For sure, if they haven't returned it most likely they have found something they can use.

They obviously can't use any forensic evidence of BR's found in the car, he has already confirmed he drove it that day. They need to prove he was in it at that time, in a different place to where he stated he was, to be able to pin this on him.

Even so he will probably change his story once again.
