AR being kicked out and allowed back in speaks more to his addictions and their forgiving natures than any pattern of abuse.

Yeah that's what Im feeling too....

Didnt his recent article say Borce visited him in prison.....

I hate saying it if Im wrong.....but I almost feel he was a spoilt brat, who when he didn't get his own way acted out.
They were patient and took him in ....tried to straighten him out. ....put up with alot of his BS...

And then when finally enough was enough for Borce and Karen.....he spat the dummy.... now with a recently failed relationship...and his inability to take responsibility for his own problems....he acts out again... hightened attention seeking behavour due to drug use...

If that is right.... he's an extremely selfish and self absorbed person...

If he is an ice addict, he is not acting 'normal'. That stuff radically alters people.
He needs to lose the addiction, then he can deal with the underlying issues and the anger. imo

He has been of adult age for a long time.

Puggs, I know about your history and let me just say no child deserves to be abused. I'm sorry you've had to live with the pain.

I don't think AR knows what he's doing or saying. He may be suffering the side effects of long term methamphetamine abuse, ie, reached a stage where he's experiencing 'amphetamine psychosis'. He'll probably be experiencing hallucinations when he's high and, as we've noticed in his erratic FB postings, become difficult if not impossible to comprehend. Regardless of whether he has anything to do with Karen's disappearance or not, he is a danger to himself and others IMO when he comes down. If someone really cares enough about him to intervene, and he is willing to get help, he needs urgent treatment. If not, he could end up with brain damage or with a serious, long term mental illness.

Thats why I've tried to slip in a few links to services for help..... just in case he is reading here.

And if he were..... my only suggestion would be ..... you needed hurt others.... as help is available.

And if your making this up..... thats pretty dispicable under the circumstances.

I've stopped reading AR's stuff. One thing I will say is that alot of his behaviour could (could!) be explained by PTSD from abuse, drug addiction/effects of long term drug use, a personality disorder, another psychiatric disorder (such as those with delusional symptoms) or a combination of these. I wouldn't wish any or all of these on anyone. BUT, at the end of the day, regardless of what he has or is experiencing, he clearly has enough nouse to seek help. And if he can't, he has a support network (apparently) that could bridge any gaps in his ability to seek help if needed. This is why I just can't read his stuff anymore - its either a train wreck waiting to happen and he is unravelling, or he is attention-seeking for maybe a variety of reasons. It's clear he needs help, who knows what is the biggest issue for him, but I hope he gets it. I just can't watch it unfold anymore :notgood:

Something I just thought of (not that it's really relevant) that some of you may find interesting in regards to the family financial situation. SR went to PEGS (Penleigh & Essendon Grammar). For those of you that don't live in the area it is the most expensive private school on this side of Melbourne with year 12 fees alone being $27,000 (they go up each year). Even though she finished up there a couple of years ago, it is a huge expense for schooling. PEGS parent's in particular (the ones I know of which there's plenty) love showing off, live the high life (some actually do, other's just pretend they do) and it's a real social climber's status symbol in this area.

I still also find it absolutely bizarre that SR hasn't been thrashing social media or the media in regards to her Mum. Even if I'd be told no by the police, I certainly would have no hesitation in doing everything in my power to find her and ensure she's not forgotten about. So that leads me to think they've told her no media for a reason or she does indeed know more about the whole thing. Let's face it...she's not a kid..she is 21.

Im still really hopefull this case can be solved.

Where they live only has 13 streets that they can access to get out of the area they live in by car....they live in an area that is sealed in only certain directions by road due to the river.

Each of those streets exit on to Main streets..... be it Milleara Rd/Military Rd or Buckley street.

The only other option by foot would provide so many opportunities to be seen or witnessed. .... unless a singular event took place along an isolated place on the walking trail...ie; she ended up in the river.

The very early mention that police were going to focus on a second location....... thats the biggy..... think that was strategy. .... was someone supposed to take an action in reaction to this news....

My parents, both of them worked 2 jobs to put me through school. Worked 9 -5 weekdays.... and worked for spotless I think selling hotdogs a the footy on weekends....

my sister and I were latch key kids, because of their efforts to support us.

Some of my friends parents were in the same situation and didn't have time to gloat about anything because they were too busy working to pay fees ( reminder to self to ring mum and dad and say a huge thankyou).

Having said that alot of my friends were extremely fortunate (or were they) There parents were well off and I saw them as having no real "adult" issues of finding jobs...... as they could simply move into Mum or Dads businesses.

ARs about me confuses me.... his school may have changed names. ....did he go to St Bernads?

ETA: nevermind I found it.....he went to the Niddrie college...across the hwy... found it.

Stepson started to live with BR and KR according to him when he was 15/16yo.
High school he went is well known for marihuana use.
What I think happen is that he was infatuated with KR and he only saw it as*abuse when he told his father in 2006 and as a result he was kicked out. So he was 22 at the time.
I think what hurts him the most is that his father didn't believe him. He was taken back home few more times until he was probably told to leave for good 5 years ago. Being European it's not unusual for kids to stay with parents until their marriage.

Given she's 21... an adult.... making adult decisions. ....

it is quite possible she isn't making specupative FB posts...based on police directives

Given that she doesn't have a Public....look at me ...SM profile. ..she seems level headed.

Man if this was my mum..I'd .. be listening and doing anything the police ask.

It's quite possible that he change few schools due to difficult upbringing. But he states that he stared Footscray City College in 2000 which is when he was 16. And I ment that kids at this school use dope as early as 15 yo.

AR didn't go to EKC. Only because my other half is from the area and went there and knows everyone (inc people that know AR from the younger days)

SR did have FB but was taken down after her Mum went missing.

Puggle: lol to your Pegs comment. So you know exactly what I mean with some of the parents and kids from there!!!!

AR's recent failed relationship also would certainly have added more fuel to the fire, making his bizarre behaviour even worse......maybe the only support in recent times was from his ex partner......I am surprised that he hasn't already been admitted to rehab for his ice addiction and mental health disorders (scary)......He is a danger to himself and society..:scared::sick:.
