There are no charges pending for more than the murders ? Whats going on?

Not yet.....perhaps someone has been given immunity in order for murder conviction?

Nothing in the news today about the hearing, however after checking the court lists he is back again tomorrow for a special fixture.

Do you know what that means, Morrisa? I have zilch knowledge of court proceedings and terms (thankfully!) :D

Special fixture hearings, or ‘formal’ hearings are listed for a specific length of time. These hearings are used for matters that need more time for the Tribunal to hear the case and make a final determination.

Special fixture hearings can run over a few hours or several days, depending on the complexity of the issues in dispute.

Same dates and times to the minute but locations about 200k's apart?

From Morrisa's link:

It’s then alleged Holdom killed Khandalyce while on the way to South Australia in the vicinity of Wagga Wagga some time between 2.17am on December 19 and 12.52am on December 20 in 2008.
Police had previously thought the little girl was killed near the small NSW town of Wallaroo, just outside Canberra, but new evidence has come to light to suggest the two-year-old was killed near Wagga Wagga.

I was actually thinking of attending court this morning until I read that Holdom was there in person. I just couldn't bring myself to be in the same room as the man who has "allegedly" murdered two people, and also been responsible for the death of two kids in a car crash. Ugh....
