GUILTY Australia - Khandalyce Pearce (Wynarka) and Karlie Pearce-Stevenson (Belanglo) #11

  • #401
I discussed Karlie and Khandles with a Fairfax Media journalist. She agreed with me that DH should never breathe free air again as he is "incapable" of refraining from violence against girls and women.

I’m sure the judge will agree with that.

^ Gawd, I really do hope so, they'll get you. (I digress, but I do wonder sometimes. I just read about a 40-year-old man who allegedly raped a young boy in his front yard in Doonside. He walked free on bail from Penrith Court today.)

I think pedophiles must have a crazed urge as well as the warped brain.
Yes it's a warning to parents to watch their children's online activity, the man & boy chatted via an app and the boy gave him his address. The boy was being raped on his front lawn when the mother came out and got the guy off and he drove away.

Teen’s alleged rapist confronted by angry crowd

The world is so much worse now than then dad.

Same with the other one who saw the images. Should be charged.
I agree. It makes me wonder how many people knew. (It's a bit like the Snowtown mob, a few people knew about those murders too.)
That Hazel only decided to "help" because she made a deal, tells me exactly what type of person she is.

I think the reason the guy got bail was male victim. Had it been a thirteen year old girl...

There should be no difference eh Paul.
Society has gone mad on all fronts and it’s getting worse.

I am hoping the judge takes into consideration that Holdom is actually a family annihilator. He wasn't legally Karlie's husband, nor Khandalyce's father, but he occupied the position. I tag him also for the early death of Karlie's mother .. 3 generation family annihilator.

This should carry real weight in the matter of his eligibility for possible parole in the far distance future. Real heavy weight.

It should be Troops but he’ll get 3 hot meals, a warm clean bed, air conditioner and protection from a warden who’ll open and close all doors for him AND call him sir.
More than some of us good citizens get.
Oh & of course we fools will be paying for his comfort.

Khandles never got to live a life. If there was a way to turn DH into a replica of Khandles and then put the transformed DH through what he put Khandles through, I'd happily do it.

I can't forget Khandalyce's sweet, lovely face (the stroller pic, the car exhibition pic) and the similarity to her young mom. I feel very sad.
The dad/grandpa is right: no penalty would be appropriate, not even death. And imagine: DH (pig!) now has to be protected from other inmates, probably. He will be safe. Karlie and Khandalyce never were in his companionship.

O/T Northern Ireland, today's news:
(rape of newborn)
He is currently being treated as a "Special Person At Risk” away from terrorists, murderers, violent thugs and gangsters in prison to stop lags lynching him.
A source said: “He has been located in a secure unit for his own protection. He is also on round-the-clock watch in case he presents any evidence of suicidal thoughts.
“Feelings are extremely high, both inside and outside the prison.
“I would be pretty sure that if any other prisoners got near him they would lynch him, such is the outrage being expressed by inmates on the landings.”

I'd imagine after the stretch he's been doing he'd think he's untouchable inside right now. But be assured his new digs will be 'dead man walking'. Maybe a carl williams repeat.

Sentencing supposed to happen tomorrow, however I can't find him on the court list.

and neither can I , all this time I had it down for the 10th, too, ...but even so. So, I am now curious. There is probably a simple explanation, but , on the other hand, it isn't impossible that the explanation is complex.

I just refuse to accept anything less than LWOP. Nothing else has any logic. And sometimes, Life Without Parole has to go thru the NSW state legislature….. not always, and not as a rule, but it has twice, I think... I will check, and come back on that later.

Its not as if his age could be a factor in considering a long distance case for parole, he is 40, 43, an old lag, a committed criminal in the legal sense, and I am pretty sure that not a lot was made about his potential for 'rehabilitation'.. younger men that him have been sentenced No Parole, so … Murphy, De Gruchy, some other young man, a family annihilator, also....

I swear.... I despair, truly... wtf is this sentence?..

Partner jailed for fatally stabbing girlfriend in 'reprehensible' act

A South Australian man who fatally stabbed his girlfriend in the thigh during a jealous alcohol-fuelled rage has been sentenced to just under eight-and-a-half years in jail for what the judge described as a "reprehensible" crime.

Key points:
  • Justice says the intention of the stabbing was to inflict pain as punishment or as an act of control
  • Victim was fatally stabbed in the thigh in her bathroom
  • Police had already attended the home that day

Stanley Raymond Pausa, 43, pleaded guilty to manslaughter for causing the death of his girlfriend Nicole Rankine at a Gilberton home in April 2017.

So I take it all back. Holdom may even get a pat on the back.

With a six year non parole period. What a joke.
