On the surface , the old triangle romance thing, but the romance was over, the purpose of the murder seems to be so redundant in the usual scenario of getting rid of a rival. The publishing of the pics has an air of manipulation taken to a whole other dimension, as well. .. Looking at this young murderers pics, I get a sense of endless ambition... she was up for it, whatever was on the table .

Apparently that is the situation.. murdering his kid's mother. Maybe Miss Larrissa was meant to mow both mother and baby down on the pavement that day.... The whole plan seems to be so cackhanded , ( early morning, broad daylight, in full view of a busload of folks, ) yet so deliberate that it's hard to grasp just what the purpose of it all was....

Sounds like someone's going to get a whole new slew of charges against them. Let's hope the courts do the right thing.
 
At this point , both of these killers will have to quickly throw each other under the bus, she will have to place his hands, metaphorically , on the steering wheel of the Prado, and he will have to distance himself by some big measure from the event. No doubt there is sufficient evidence via text, of the conspiracy element, email, etc, probably as she drove around that morning, he may have had to buck her up a bit, keep her mind on the job , so to speak.

I don't see them as a sort of Bonnie and Clyde outfit, though. There does not seem to be any financial gain going on here.

Just for Americans, AU does not have alimony stuff. The taxpayer chips in to support single mums, these babies these two girls have were by choice, abortion and family planning is a matter of health care, neither encouraged or forbidden, a matter solely between a woman and her doctor, he still has to pay for his daughter regardless. It is difficult , from here, to see how Keisha's death was the only solution to some problem they had. What that problem was, that required such a blatant , public, terrible death is still a mystery, but it obviously over rode any other solution they may have come up with.

There seemed to be no getaway plan, either. It was as if they both believed that life for them would go on. Go home, have a cup of tea, make a few tik toks, have a ciggy, ...... she was in custody in 5 hours, him in 10. No apparent attempt at a getaway process, no passports, travel tickets, nothing... .. as if, well.. another day... nothing to see here...

Who looked after her babies while she was out running down people on the pavement, not known, nor who's car it is, either.

Somewhere in this murder , there is a mystery, of a strangeness not found usually.
 
I wonder if the Courier Mail gleaned their story from Sant’s TikTok ……. the main gist of their story is that the two had only been together for 5 months….

James is not appearing in court, for some reason, he is being excused.


“James, who is from Acacia Ridge, did not appear in person in court while his charge was briefly mentioned.”

“Sant was remanded in custody after her matter was mentioned in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Monday and will next appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on July 31.

Magistrate Julian Noud on Tuesday ordered James be remanded in custody with his charge to be mentioned with Sant's at the same hearing but excused him from appearing in person.”

“A woman charged with the alleged hit-and-run murder of her boyfriend’s ex-partner near a daycare centre has sought new lawyers due to a “conflict” being identified by her former legal team.
Larissa Rita Mae-Leigh Sant and Tyler Scott William James were not brought before Beenleigh Magistrates Court when their matter was briefly mentioned on Wednesday morning.
The pair are both charged with the murder of Kiesha Thompson, 23, near a daycare centre in the Logan suburb of Daisy Hill earlier this month.

Solicitor Robert Burns told the court on Wednesday he would be withdrawing from representing Ms Sant due to a “conflict” being identified.

Both Mr James and Ms Sant – who remain in custody – will return to court on October 16.“

No doubt about the conflict. She is going to be trouble for any barrister. She has to drop him in the hot seat, and he has to drop her in the hot seat. AU law does not take lightly cold murder for hire, which is what this appears to be. He was probably the one who told her where Kiesha dropped the baby off at day care, and what time, and what day. Both of them must have thought it was going to be a great benefit to them , Keisha dead, hard to see who would benefit the most, though. Whatever 'benefit' they achieved only lasted about 5 hours tops. A lifetime for those little kids, one fatherless, one motherless and fatherless, 3 motherless.

Since they appear to be both accountable for this murder, perhaps they may be tried together, which would be very unfortunate for both. Not a lot of room for any leniency when two people get themselves and each other to the pitch of murder and then carry it thru.
 
Well, there seems to be dimensions to stupidity which cannot be fathomed.

And the word stupid isn’t just an insult it is an expression of incredulity at pointless harm. Nature tries to steer its creatures away from unnecessary actions. When people destroy for no good reason then it is stupid with a capital S. Look at all the children left behind in this case. It’s disgusting.

Magistrate Patrina Clohessyset down the matter for a further mention on December 11, stating it should give enough time for a “clearer indication” of outstanding material.

Ms Sant and Mr Tyler were both remanded in custody with their appearances excused.”

They probably loved themselves on TikTok, preserving for all time their utter idiocy, their relentless ridiculousness , egging each other on, spiralling ever downwards into real crazy, as a calculated choice.. From the little known, there appears to be not a jot of reflection, not a skerrick of remorse, not a moment of 'wait, this is a bad idea'...

The level of stupid in these two is immeasurable.

Fair to say, their publicly funded barristers will earn their fee. What a job!!... There ought to be a special court for them.... Stupid Court, held every Tuesday... if you get my meaning, Cliff.
