Maybe Santa will be generous to team Dawson this year, they’ll need a steady stream of funds. Valuations, legals, flights for lawyers, mortgages, bank fees etc etc..it’s adding up.
That depends on whether Team Dawson have been naughty or nice. We all know what naughty boys get for Christmas...

However AAP understands there was a complication with the land deed needed to meet the $1.5 million surety, with the court rejecting his bail documents on Friday afternoon.

Dawson release unlikely before Xmas Eve

Is this delay, really just difficulty getting a valuation on the Sunshine Coast Property?
Maybe the court is making a list and checking it twice :P

(Alright, I’ll stop with the Christmas puns now.)

Really wish I could copy videos as there as another fine performance from his brother Peter :D

Well, I suppose Monday is D-Day as far as Dawson’s ‘Get Out Of Jail (for a Cool Half Mill)’ goes, if he wants to spend Christmas with his family. Not even a measly 500K can bring Lyn home to hers this festive season. It’s hard not to see some sort of natural justice occurring for Chris right now, regardless of what the courts find in future proceedings.

I say give him 2 pillows. At least let him be comfy awaiting the arrival of Chrissy:D

Headlines in The Australian just now. Sorry can’t link as it’s paywalled.

Court rejects Dawson’ bail documents.
Bail docs were rejected despite interstate dash.

Can you help @SouthAussie please?

Edit - Found a link that is available:
Dawson to spend another night behind bars

The thing that I find interesting about the article in The Australian is this ... (when thinking of it being a land deed issue. Perhaps there is a technicality issue - land in their name, she is posting bail in her name, or vice versa)

BBM
As part of the $1.5 million surety posted by his third wife and brother Peter Dawson, Chris Dawson will have to surrender his passport and report daily to Maroochydore police on the Sunshine Coast.

Also, this ....

BBM
Mr Dawson’s lawyer Greg Walsh visited Silverwater jail today urgently trying to get the bail paperwork organised and said he was “hopeful” his client would be released before Christmas.

Saw an interview with Greg Walsh on TV tonight, and gone was the cocky legal mouthpiece we had seen previously. He was replaced by a tired, beaten looking man who plainly wasn't succeeding.

Perhaps one of the properties is held by a trust and more documentation is needed to confirm the ownership. Peter's? Does he seem the type to get tripped up by his own tax evasion trickery?

Ahem. *clears throat* Tax minimisation, JLZ. Tax evasion is something PAYE taxpayers are penalised for.

Channel 9 just said he'll be behind bars until at least Monday.

Poor baby has separation anxiety from his Siamese twin bruva.

True ... in which case the beneficiaries/owners of the trust would need to be the ones to enable its use for bail.

No wonder Greg Walsh looked tired on TV, as stated by Cliff Hardy. What a schmozzle!

"Get me out of jail NOW!!! I don't care what you have to do."
