Hedley has opened Pandora's box.

I heard an interview between Ben Fordham & Hedley yesterday. I’ll try and find the link. In it Hedley says he’s currently in Sydney’s northern beaches gathering more evidence and speaking to former Cromer High students. Maybe there will be an episode 15 coming up.

Counting down for tonight’s media coverage
Lyn’s family are such humble people. I hope the continued media coverage gives them hope. They believed in Chris and were let down. I hope they now have renewed hope in Australians who have followed the podcast and have spoken up

only thing I could have gotten out of that but didn't because she had her finger over the picture was the last picture of lyn from Christmas day.
would have liked to see it.

I am glad Shanelle did not answer the question. "Do you think your dad murdered your mother?" I really didn't think she would.

While I didn't really get anything new out of it this is what I noted.

Chris would always try and please Paul including giving her school girls as presents.

Shanelle says he is like a "Loveable, adorable, puppy dog."

Bev McNally detailed the violence specifically flicked Lyn with a Tea Towel for lack of perfection of a glass. (If I do the dishes in the evening and put them away in the morning, sometimes I notice things need rewashing). The violence near the bedroom door that was enough for her to stop baby sitting.

She also was another person to say "I know she loved them, I could see it"

The day she left, she ceased to exist.

My favourite was that they blocked out the "2 TWIN" licence plate.

Shanelle wants answers as to what happens to her mum.

Girlfriends not contacted as per statement.

Compelling evidence. It's not looking good for her father.
Does she believe him?
"I wanted to."

As an oldest child and daughter she was very protective.
"I want to be my voice for my mother."

I caught the end of the CIA episode and they mentioned that the Sef Gonzales case, the real estate agent had to mention any "material fact" of a house when selling. "But what actually constitutes a material fact isn’t always clear."

Selling a house with history - realestate.com.au

Of course with 2 Gilinga drive, Bayview, there would be no material fact.

Just saying.

I get the feeling Hedley has put the cue in the rack on the murder side of the story for now because a continuation might potentially jeopardize a future court case. You can bet Chris' defence lawyer would scream bloody murder that his client "wouldn't be able to get a fair hearing because everybody has listened to the podcast and already made up their own mind about his client".

I guess there's nothing stopping Hedley further pursuing the teacher-student sex story in an ep15 though.

Another factor is the commercial side of things. The Australian would see what Hedley has done with the podcast as great business for them, and they wouldn't be a newspaper if they didn't want to further exploit that.

Why Lyn Dawson's husband has never been charged with murder

In April, police sent a new brief of evidence to the DPP. "It's an exciting step in this and in potentially finally solving this crime," NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller told Australian Story.

"We're still, with some passion, chasing the offender for this crime, and we sincerely hope that this year the matter will come to hopefully an end, a rather positive one. If it doesn't, we'll continue to investigate the matter. We won't give up."

After watching last nights report I feel that Shanelle conducts herself with such grace and has a really peaceful nature. I can see those same characteristics in Lyn. There are a lot of similarities between mother and daughter. I hope Shanelle sees them too.

The address you posted isn't showing in full. The prefix has received the ******** treatment.

I typed 'the-teachers-pet-podcast-lawyer-opinion' into Google and found the article easily enough.
Thanks Cliff. Whoops
