I have found a business name Shredded FX is that the real deal? Or some fake shake? registered 2005 to MJR with Cessnock address (with a wonky looking Ute and trailer on Google street view. )

Despite the ABN being active, there doesn't appear to be any active trading businesses in the name of either Nomads Brochures or VIP Brochures around Ballina on Google or yellowpages. Has he really used his dead FILs identity to gain an ABN? (Probably shouldn't be surprised) Has it been used for other purposes? Is it another alias?

Interesting, just looking at DDH's mother's death notice and note RB was called "Ricky" in that notice - I had thought he went as Ric, Rick and Richard but don't think I'd heard him referred to as Ricky. This was in 1988.

It's typically Australian to add a "y" to the end of a name eg my son's name is Mark and his cousins call him "Marky".

Bit of a long ramble here goes. Yes there seems to be an abundance of Australian business names and numbers ABN's for both names MJR and RGW in various forms from sole trader to Pty. Ltd. to family Trusts with various addresses. I don't know if any are set up by RB, Forensic accountant best bet there.
The early RGW travel would suggest overseas tax havens. Norfolk island, (Vanuatu is another tax free haven popular in the 80's 90's accountants can do that without leaving Australia)

Customs brokers import/export licences, duty and taxation of imports. Transportation shipping containers by seafreight (remember he imported a container load of books) and that elusive JAL director.
Wonder if he used aliases for trademark registrations. Land developments or cattle industries register, beef import/export. Vet bills. Sales.
RSL memberships, bank transfer credits into bank accounts taxation, list goes on, RB on disability pension and D deH on carers pension. The big payout while he was in Switzerland in 60's plus Belgian pension and Wife's Parents Inheritance! That goes through the probate office/ solicitors.
What happened with all the money. Monte Carlo Gambling/ RSL pokies / horse racing ? or property investment?
