So DH Lied, she knew him as Freddy which was his name and how he would have introduced himself, not a nick name .. how do you say Hi I am willy ... ok I will call you Freddy .. which happen to be the same name on your passport.
She also admitted to knowing him as Willy and RHD and RB
she knew what he has been up to, you cant be that stupid not to think your husbands multiple names are purely innocent[/QUOTE
he may have introduced himself as Frederic and she choose the Ric , D is a bit scattered in her comprehension skills ...
fredy may have died by then ??
Hi
long time reader, first time poster.
Good old Freddy Frog![]()
At the Inquest i think i recall RB saying he did introduce himself as Frederick to DDH and she chose to call him Rick because of the frog story.he may have introduced himself as Frederic and she choose the Ric , D is a bit scattered in her comprehension skills ...
fredy may have died by then ??
Or was he not WW and actually FD so had necessary docs to obtain a passport? As I understand it the timeline goes like this: After WW comes to Australia in 1969, he applies for (and gets) residency based on his marriage to IK. WW and IK depart in Feb 1970 claiming divorce. WW claims his Belgian passport (in name WW with residency visa?) is lost sometime in 1970. He departs Southhampton, UK in Jan 1971, arriving in Australia March 1971 travelling as Fredy David. Does he get another passport using FD documents to replace the "lost" WW passport?
Interestingly he uses the "lost passport" again in 1981, to get another passport in Germany. this is around the time he is trying to cover up another set of criminal activities in Europe and Interpol and AFP are trying to find him (and can't).
His passport identity is probably something he kept to himself, probably just for travel purposes on that occasion, so no-one would know, just him and Customs MOOhe may have introduced himself as Frederic and she choose the Ric , D is a bit scattered in her comprehension skills ...

I think it's Tony Grech, which can be of Maltese origin. But looked up and also Polish or eastern German (Sorbian)On another but related note, I have also been working on the aliases today (& excuse me if this has already been listed by someone previously) as I am especially interested in the Roger Lauzoney one. Working under the assumption that all of the aliases have some reason or connection, I came up with this list so far:
Aliases
Willy Wouters (family connection)
Frederic de Hedevary (family connection)
Ric Blum (Ric is recurring name but where is Blum sourced from?)
Roger Lazouney: DOB 1945 2 Jan Morocco (but also listed as 010245 on PASS system 27 August 81). Transcription errors: Spelled as Lauloney on NAA doc 9/4/80; Also spelled Lazoney on NAA cover; Also passenger movement verification check (22 April 1981) lists the alias name to be checked as “Louzoney”.
Ricky David (family connection)
Fredy David (family connection)
Chaim de Hedevary (family connection, but where is Chaim sourced from?)
Cham de Hedevary (as above)
Bernard Du Pont (?)
Christopher Du Pont (the way this is written on the list in NAA it could mean that the alias discovered was Bernard Christopher Du Pont?)
Tony Greca (?)
Christopher Stein (?)
??? Wilson (?)
??? Fleming (?)
I found this a few days ago. Bernard Dupont - says French born etc however states spent the last 12 months in aust and staying perm this is 1970 after flying out with IK.. may not be him but it caught my eye. Flight is from noumeaOn another but related note, I have also been working on the aliases today (& excuse me if this has already been listed by someone previously) as I am especially interested in the Roger Lauzoney one. Wow, another great find, good on ya Peralta! Different address to Diane's Vaucluse address.Peggy's passenger card (pg 975)
I couldn't find father under Gordon, so not sure if he goes by another first name or if he wasn't on ship.
Mother was also in UK for 1 year and 2 months, so it seems Diane was over there with family.
Oh and during the hearing on day 1 he said Bernard was a friend of his..On another but related note, I have also been working on the aliases today (& excuse me if this has already been listed by someone previously) as I am especially interested in the Roger Lauzoney one. Is that a different address to what D put ?Peggy's passenger card (pg 975)

He changed his name in on 12 Feb 1976, just prior to marrying DW on 20 Feb 1976 and applying for citizenship as FdH on 23 Feb 1976.he applies for (and gets) residency based on his marriage to IK.
I read here very recently he used the DeH name on his residency appl. Does anyone remember who posted that ?
