Samah Baker was last seen when a friend dropped her off at her home on Early Street in Parramatta in the early hours of January 4.
Police are treating Ms Baker’s disappearance as suspicious and have established Strike Force Boutcher with assistance from detectives of the state’s Homicide Squad.
Fresh CCTV has also been released, which shows Ms Baker entering a lift inside a North Sydney hotel two days before she disappeared.
In the footage, Ms Baker is seen wearing both a peach-orange coloured dress and a black and white spotted shirt and denim shorts.
These items of clothing have not been located during police searches.
Ms Baker is described as being of Mediterranean or Middle Eastern appearance, approximately 160 centimetres tall, medium build and long dark hair.
Detectives are particularly interested in anybody who may have driven down Early street on January 4 between 1am and 7am, and if they possess dash-cam footage.
