and Marples... your posts are GOLD...

:yourock:

Rock is probably a stretch if you ask my kids LOL. I am very interested in this sort of thing though. I followed the boards on Tostee, Gittany, Baden Clay (I had gold there, too, but just lurked LOL) and a few others, but have never commented until now.

Two of my closest friends are a former policeman and an anthropologist who is also a bug nut, so we have some pretty interesting conversations when cases like this hit the news. It was actually the anthro who said to me she wondered if the dog had indicated there, providing the place of death. But I have not seen any reports of the dogs going through RB's place.

Oh, was Kodie his dog's name? I didn't know that. Much love to him (I assume that's a boys name but I could be wrong). He'll be in mourning too, poor thing :sigh:

Thank you for sharing what you know, Marples. Much appreciated.

I think Kodie is a girl? Cute, too! And yes, I thought of her sitting at home waiting for Daddy and wondering what happened. Poor sweet pooch.

Yes the Rive apartments are big. Lovely, too. And quite expensive.

I just read earlier where police with the help of cadaver dogs found Sam. Haven't seen about RB's place with the dogs, but police did state it was the crime scene due to evidence found there.

Ah, she looks like a girl but I wasn't sure. She's adorable! I'm sure the family will be pouring loads of love into her. But nothing will replace Sam. Poor little one.

Yes Marples, Kodi is a girl and she's missing him terribly, I'm told.

Think because the mobile tower pings already showed dyball and boscaino at the reserve site on the 7th of March dumping the body the same day.

Agree. If they were never placed there again, it's the only logical time they could have buried ST there. I wondered more about how it's known ST wasn't along on the ride/parked to/at the reserve? Because if the phone showed the dumped ST before getting to the reserve at 1pm, that's quick work. And the forests do have people in them of a day: walkers, workers, trail bikers. Bold move in the broad of day!

Yes, people seem to mention dismemberment a bit. Can I ask why? Because of the tomohawk purchase? Because in an MSM article I think it said "body parts" or some other reason? Just curious

Yes, because they used the term 'body parts'. Full quote is in post #617 (back one page from here). I've never read MSM describe an intact body like that.

And the tomahawk may contribute to that idea, I guess. Though surely there'd be a more effective tool than a tomahawk? Maybe it's all they had on hand.

However, this article does mention that the remains were not intact.

A post-mortem examination will be conducted today on human remains, believed to be Mr Thompson’s, after they were retrieved from a shallow grave in a forest along Pumicestone Rd, near Caboolture, yesterday morning..
The body parts were taken to the John Tonge Centre in Brisbane’s southwest. The crime scene was cleared yesterday.

Marples this MSM states the body parts were taken to pathology hence 'dismemberment'

It's the body parts thing. They said the remains were removed from a shallow grave, so it doesn't sound as if they had been moved by animals ... which could result in parts.

When they found the grave, the words 'body parts' were mentioned in multiple articles in MSM, although all articles would be quoting the same Police media release. If you recall, that day was a stuff up because MSM reported the finding on Facebook before the police did officially.

They alleged the 300c was tailing. With such distinct plates if he was up to no good dont you think he would remove the plates or switch them seeing as everyone portrays him to be such a bad 🤬🤬🤬??
The 300c has not been mentioned as to wherebouts at the time like they did with the Mustang being parked for hours out the front of Boscainos.

I wondered this too. Thought it must be the phone that showed AD's location in relation to the events that unfolded on the 7th.

It states Sam was found in a shallow grave. They would of had a shovel to dig a bit i would imagine? Wonder if they took any gardening implements into evidence to test for soil samples?
