Or BoHII.
There was the one from the cop or ex-cop who wasn't identified. Is it that one?

BoHII definitely fed ABC information on this case. BoHII identified that there was no comfit drawing of "Andrew" and they were actually the ones who arranged for Terry Dunnett to do it. I heard Caro Meldrum-Hanna make reference to it in an interview, can't remember which one.

What do you folks think of today's application by Innocence Initiatve for another appeal, or judicial inquiry?

Basically all the listed flaws correspond to the ones raised by Exposed. So those are supposed to be the new evidence.

I was not convinced when watching the episodes. I actually came in with little previous awareness of the case, because back in the '00s I was too busy to pay attention. So I can say I was not affected by any media frenzy back then. The only knowledge I have is some personal experience with compulsive liars. So that may have made me more cynical.

It will be interesting to see. Still no new "fresh and compelling" evidence. There is some fresh evidence, but doesn't meet the compelling bar IMHO.

Problem has always been that Keli is a compulsive liar, which of course does not make her a murderer, but legally her evasiveness and lies during the police investigation can be taken as evidence of her guilty conscience and circumstantial evidence that Tegan's disappearance is due to her murdering her. A circular argument but one that was perfectly legally open for the jury to find based on the facts.

Many of the issues raised by the ABC Exposed Team were already raised in her appeal, such as the Olympic Park theory being put to the jury, the non-severance of the perjury charges, so that is done and dusted.

Interestingly I was reading over some of the evidence from the coronial inquest today.

Keli first presented to Ryde Hospital on 7 September 1996. This probably when she was assessed to be about 38 weeks pregnant, although the source I was reading did not mention this.

When she gave birth to Tegan on 12 September 1996, she had complications. The placenta was also found to be calcified. This is a sign of an ageing placenta was thought at the time to be because she was overdue. It can also happen naturally close to term if a woman has had babies before, never thought of as a possibility at the time by the medical staff. It can also happen pre-term due to passive smoking, Keli wasn't a smoker but liked to hang out in pubs perhaps (?) and because of alcohol use in pregnancy. Therefore it cannot be a clear indication that she was overdue as she said but it looks like she had good mumma instincts in having Tegan induced.

Duncan Gillies gave evidence at the inquest that he was away for 3 weeks in December 1995 on a boys trip and specifically, he was away at Christmas time as he remembers he was in Armidale.

Sorry for the ramble. I just thought these facts were interesting. I am guessing the ExposedABC Facebook group will want to address the issue of the conception date sometime soon.

I am seeing more and more members at the Exposed ABC group implying that the ABC is taking side (of Keli) and not being objective. I think Caro is getting more and more defensive. Once her evidence collecting draws to a close, I don't think that group will continue.
It isn't a group is it? just a public page I thought.

Is the inquest information online, and if so does anyone have a link? I'd love to see it.

Allison Langdon's "The child who never was" is a summary of the evidence presented at the inquest. It's an easy read if you can get hold of a copy.

Interesting that Keli seemed to go drinking at the Town Hall Hotel in Balmain with friends but none of them ever noticed her going off alone with "Andrew". o_O

That’s true. SG paid rent on 23/12/1995 from the ExposedABC post today (linked above).

btw as far as the accuracy of the scans go, is there a midwife (ex-midwife) in the house? :D

Sorry, I'm no midwife, however, I did have identical twins.
Every scan I had for them, stated that Twin one and Twin two were 6 days apart in gestation!! This was due to one being closer to the placenta, receiving more nutrients, therefore, "larger"
Up until the placenta was sent away to pathology after their birth and came back as "monozygotic", I thought they were fraternal, and conceived at different times! They did look different too, with one being chubby, the other thin.
So I am sure u/s can be off at times!

I wondered when the idea of an underground/black market adoption as the reason Tegan’s parents haven’t come forward would be brought up (plus the addition of registering her birth as a home birth being the reason Tegan can’t be found):

Caro Meldrum-Hanna

Another rabbit hole. Curiouser and curiouser.

Got the thumb drive from Keli’s partner apparently:

There was even a creative member who theorised that Tegan could have registered for a birth certifate after Keli's conviction. So that's how police could not find her while searching through all possible Tegans in Australia. *applause*!!

It is getting into the realm of conspiracy theories...

Yeah it's right up there with the "Wow this is a real game changer" comments.

A senior police source said last night that although the case against Lane was circumstantial, the evidence clearly pointed to the fact she knew Tegan wasn’t alive and she did everything to frustrate the police investigation.

The source said in nine years Lane had given eight different versions of what happened to Tegan, on top of yet another version she gave to the ABC.

Didn't the coroner order the birth be registered during the inquest?
Someone registering after Keli's conviction. That would have resulted in some interesting dna.

Thankyou to the member that posted the book Nice Girl, I am half the way through and am continually astounded at the depth and breadth of the continual lies. Her family and many friends it seems have stood by her. The Keli they think they know is not the real Keli imo. There has to be some very serious disorder to do and act as she did.
One other point that comes to mind is she claims to care about her babies yet it seems she partied throughout the pregnancies drinking to excess. I had children in the 90’s and it was well known not to drink.
