@mussopossum Thank you so much and sorry for having not related your name to the search you did though. I went back to check but made a mess.
[QUOTE="mussopossum, post: 15608972,
If they had done something to Theo, I cant get passed why they would still have been residing there, there after. I think it took several days of searching there that they finally left so I would thought they might just A) leave straight away June 1 or B) The second searchers started invading go within a day. Just my thoughts.
Has anyone read the comments on the LFTH FB page after the last podcast? Set it to "show all" instead of "most relevant" posts and open all the replies. There is one person there who stated that Theo was holding a paper note in his hands outside CM after he was escorted out by the bouncer. He was questioning if that note was handed to him inside CM before he was removed, and that this note was what lead Theo to Tennyson. How would he know that? About the note. It was really strange that no one at all replied or commented to him about the note Theo was holding in his hand. That to me is a crucial piece of information, so how would this person know this detail and why didn't anyone jump in to comment or raise the issue with him making this comment? I have never posted on that page but might just go on there to ask him. Not mentioning the guys name here as I don't know if you are allowed to given names of people who post comments in the LFTH page. But that is really important info IMO. Maybe it will be raised in the next podcast and he's an insider so he already knows about the note?

I’m pretty sure cousin Michael requested and received the raw data from google which gave him a far more in-depth description of Theos activity.Hmmmm..... Do you know how cousin Michael could see that Theo’s phone was updating every 15 seconds? I can only see my path taken, not any data on updating and other activity.
Yes please do that. Is it permitted to post a pic of the post this guy did on the LFTH pageI stopped along time ago reading LFTH. It seemed abandonned at the time and forgot about it. But I've been reading the other FB pages re Théo and in one of them there was a question about what he had in one hand : his purse or his phone ? I'm going to peruse through the pages again.
The guy stated that theo had a paper note in his hand outside CM after he was thrown out. I don't know how he knew this information. But its still there on the LFTH page in the guys postAre you referring to this de-identified excerpt of a post on the LFTH page?
“It would appear the paper in theos had outside cheeky monkeys followed by direction searching on his phone and walking to an mostly discreet place. So who gave theo the note on paper. To lead him to the end of tennyson street?”
What piece of paper in his hand? What note? Where’s this note? I watch the CM footage and can’t see paper or a note. It’s alleged at this stage right?

I think he was spiked at CM hence disorientated. Kept typing in WUH
From the moment I saw the CCTV footage of Theo turning into Kingsley st (next to CM footage) I thought his walk was a bit ‘off’. I remember posting way back about Theo’s ‘walking gate’ or stride seeming as if he was under the influence of drugs.
As he turns the corner he almost miss steps IMO, it seems he is trying to get his phone out? He starts to read the phone just before a sign post with a push bike chained to it. As he reads his phone his directions alters to the left a little and then alters to the right a lot, almost crashing into another signpost but avoids it.
It was my opinion then, and it is still now that Theo was walking inebriated in that pick.
He was booted from CM cos he was approaching intoxication, not being intoxicated I think? How does someone who has been in a bar 1 and a half to 2 hours and only consume 2 drinks just be ‘approaching intoxication’? I thought maybe CM kicked Theo out for a business decision, as in he paid to get in, but only buys 2 drinks in 2 hours when there is a lineup outside for people to get in who will also pay to get in and buy more drinks. But what if Theo was approaching intoxication and got kicked out for exactly that? That might mean something has been put into his system without his knowledge? It was stated in the podcast Theo left his drink unattended to go to the toilet. Perhaps he has a habit of doing this leaving him and his drink vulnerable?
However if I keep thinking if he was drugged in CM there would be footage of it on CCTV?
In this situation the Police made the referral after death was assumed. In one of the podcasts mention is made of some family members being taken to where it was likely he had fallen. Why is Theo considered deceased and not simply missing?
"Missing persons, whom police suspect may be deceased, are also reported to the Coroner and investigated. An inquest is required to be held in all missing person cases."They don't all go to inquest.
No it’s not a big deal. Bottom line is if Theo’s parents had not been advised to do so he would only missing. William was missing for a considerable time but much has come to light now. It’s all good . The point is with Theo NO ONE KNOWS.![]()
The Police are required to report it to the Coroner. Good practice would be to discuss it with the family (the focus is on the family).Im a little confused,
Quote "Bottom line is if Theo’s parents had not been advised to do so he would only missing. End quote"
Are you saying that if Theos family did not refer it to the coroner he would only be missing?
If I have misunderstood your post I apologize in advance.
I gu
i guess though what rocket333 and I are trying to understand a 19 yr old would not have much debt his parents still hold belief so why that’s the difference why not leave it open and as a missing person. And each to their own
So Theo is essentially missing. But they just wanted to hush it down so tourism and house prices remain at there peak. Great investigating rocket
I think we were just trying to ascertain if ‘missing person’ and ‘presumed deceased‘ were mutually exclusive, and why and when cases are sent to the coroner for investigation, in order to understand more about what the police know that we don’t, and where the police investigation is at. When there’s no press releases, you’re left to interpret any activity (or lack of).
ps I liked Jubelin and need to read up on why he was fired.
Absolutely. I can’t help but think that group hold the answer .
