I find it sus that mapping was switched off right near waters edge, of all places to have switched it off or change phone to low power mode it happens to be done there, right near furthest point of his mapping data, closest to water and not far off the goat track. Coincidence? Maybe. Now if someone did have Theo's phone with intention to mislead, that would be the perfect spot to end his mapping trail. In the same week the boy who fell off the cliff at CC was all through the media. Even if no sign was at this goat track at the time Theo went missing it is very likely Theo would have heard about this accident on the news or through others. If someone had Theo's phone to mislead then he knew exactly the best place to take it with all the talk about dangerous CC cliff going around. I do not believe Theo went cliff climbing in pitch black and am very dubious about it being Theo with the phone. Yes the brief French replies on phone point to Theo being on the phone but in reality could have been replied by somebody else, I believe French is taught in schools and then of course there are google translators. So Theo was talking about U2 bands to his friend, replied to an older message from my understanding, to which his friend replied again but Theo did not reply further, instead went on YouTube a few minutes after. Perhaps the last reply from his friend was too much to decipher if this person had limited French language knowledge. And why switch phone to low battery mode then watch YouTube? Theo did not look up any of the area in which he was in on the maps, only WakeUp. I find that odd and even a person who was possibly drunk or spiked or whatever can clearly see the lighthouse! Heading to lighthouse is opposite direction! You would not need to have many wits about you to realize this. Someone deliberately using Theo's phone to mislead would turn in opposite direction after pretending to search for Wake Up, make it look like he is very lost and oops mapping stops right near the water line. Everyone knows phones are tracking devices if Theo met with foul play of course they would not want the phone trail to stop there! Might as well go hand themselves in if they did. If so and they placed the hat later this means Theo was somewhere on land at that stage as they would not have thought so far ahead to save his hat for later. More like saw need to reinforce the belief that it was Theo who took this weird route after seeing people questioning it. He could very well be on private property somewhere, about the only places not being able to be searched. I am not buying that Theo walked in the scrub at midnight. It feels very off. If he did there must have been a very strong reason to do so. He does not appear to be a party animal who would go looking for doofs with strangers at midnight. I could be wrong I know but it just doesn't sit.
