One thing that has bothered me about this murder, is the killer took her clothes with him. Was this as a trophy or was there another reason. Maybe someone wanted it to look like a sexual homicide and staged the scene.
Final act of humiliation... ultimate act of power and control as we feel so vulnerable when naked... DNA perhaps his blood was on the clothes...

Beit a suburban street or a secluded beach how can we stop this murder epidemic on women!!

These drug fuelled crazies can be anywhere either sleeping it off or answering the voices in their heads.

WTF is happening?!?

ONE of Victoria’s most senior judges has asked ‘how much worse could it get?’ about the murder of much-loved mum Karen Chetcuti.

Judge shocked by torture and murder of mum

Yes violence against women seems to be getting worse -62 women killed this year with 10 killed in October - and most by partners ex partners or family members .... makes me sad , angry and bit hopeless

Maybe this is not the right platform to speak but what was the turning point from strangers opening doors and respecting women to strangers raping and killing women.
Where did this sexual hatred come from.....
Ted Bundy was addicted to 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and forever looking for his next high? There are many forms of addiction, is it violent 🤬🤬🤬🤬?

IMO since women have obtained more independence from men, employment, education, rights etc: men have amped up their violence against women as a means of exerting their control. Sexual assault and rape are not about sex. They are the ultimate act of domination and control over any one, particularly women. The men that commit these acts are archaic and view women as objects and property they have the right to own and discard, they are deep rooted values, as that is how women have been treated since the dawn of time in most cultures around the world. As women have entered 'mens spaces' (workplaces, equal rights in marriage) men feel they are losing the power, their role in society and given men are conditioned to resort to violence... voila!

Violence against women is about gender inequality when women & children are of less value - most of these murders are not random strangers - it’s people close to them - just think back over this year - ex partners , partners , fathers , sons. The ‘ me too’ movement has shown how widespread the disregard and disrespect for women is - the thinking that you can touch/ sexually assault women and mostly get off any charges seems to be rampant .

I don’t think so, for my two cents. I think it’s the whole destabilisation of the ‘family’ support structure - extended families included. I think that has helped create this ‘me’ society and coupled with a lack of mental health support and drugs... toxic.

BBM above. Could it be a combination of the two? Drug use is definitely a problem in recent years, & has been on the increase - JMO, but i'm pretty sure i could find a link. The family unit seems to be more erratic too. But - i think - drugs are contributing greatly. In so many areas these days ICE - in particular - is rife? But also there is a significant women's movement into men's/equals roles, and also would seem to impact on esteem as mentioned. Has anyone looked up the stats for increasing violence in recent years? BO (@Bohemian) - have you seen much wrt increasing violence & causes, in your travels? No pressure. It is def on the increase, & perhaps a combo?... sick, whatever the reason!

I wonder if the murderer is in any of these photos??

HEALING CEREMONY FOR TOYAH
thanks for that, great pictures! you know the last couple of photos, are they toyah's step dad? I do not think he has anything to do with it - he just had a larger beard last time i saw him (which i think was during the mum's speech)... is it him do u reckon?

I haven’t had time to read this report yet but it has a good summary:

Public masturbator on the beach of murder.
Public masturbator on the beach of murder. - TECH2

yikes!! sorry about the big alarming headlines!
I’m no expert, but whilst that gross and no need, I think that is more of a sexual perversion - like some kind of exhibitionist. But what happened to Toyah seems like a completely different level of behaviour. That’s ugly, aggressive, violent, horrifying and life changing for all involved. Even us, having to read about it, whereas the masturbator is repulsive rather than the stuff of your worst nightmares. But of course, it could be this guy going off the deep end.
